Diana Crosswhite from Centre Holiday's- Lady Di travel was able to help make a Christmas wish come true for my family. This was my first Christmas with my Dad in 16 years. What an adventure! From helping us select the best flights (Our return flight was less than $150), to using my Westjet points, Diana explained every step and was able to give us a phenomenal deal. Thank you Centre Holiday's for having amazing staff and packages.

We always book with Centre Holidays. Since 2013, we book with agent Teodor in Toronto. Not only does he make the booking process simple for us, but he has travelled everywhere and we can always rely on him for expert advice. And on top of that, he gives us seats together on the plane - something no other travel agency has done for us! We can go to the airport relaxed knowing we will sit together, rather than getting there 3+ hours ahead praying to get seats together - something that, in 2003, we did not get on our way to Cuba - they gave us seats 23 rows apart! My message to all my friends is - look no further. Centre Holidays is the way to go.

My parents booked a flight through one of their agents. We weren't allowed to board on our flight and we spoke to the airlines regarding a refund, they said we can get it but have to do it through the agent that booked our flight. The agent has said he will get us a refund but has stopped responding. It has been 3 months now. Don't book flights through their agents, they are unreliable and don't have any customer service skills. The flight booking process was weird too because the agent asked us to do an internet transfer and send him the money.

Horrible service!!!! Dealt with Debra Dumelie in selkirk/hagersville area. She handed me travel tour to Greece - this is what we choose and thought booked but edocs omitted Rhodes. She never attempted to help fix nor did Carlton. After traveling contacted Barbara - no help there. So very upset our once in a lifetime trip was cut. NEVER USE THIS AGENCY OR ANY AGENTS!!!!!

Any time my husband and I want to go on vacation, we only have to address to Teodor Mihail and briefly tell him what we want. For either all inclusive, tours, or specific destination he will come up with great ideas and offers. Teodor became a friend to us as now he knows exactly our preferences and needs. He would even contact us to let us know about opportunities he thinks that might be suitable. Teodor booked vacations in Caribbean countries for us, he helped our daughter and her husband to find their perfect vacation any time, he found best flights for my elderly and disable parents with special needs. Teodor even remembers what seats we prefer on the plane... Our whole family was never disappointed as Teodor always exceeded our expectations. We trust his knowledge about various places and types of vacation, as well as his wonderful ideas when you want to have fun. Last year we were thinking to travel to Romania. No more than that. Teodor found the best flight deal for us (KLM, which really is the best). He also gave us suggestions about places to visit and things to do while in Romania. We decided to follow some of his advice and went to visit Bran Castle, crossed the mountains on Transfagarasan Road and then visited Peles Castle in Sinaia. Speechless !!! Interesting, beautiful, impressive, unforgettable. We loved the breath-taken scenery, traveled in the past while visiting both castles, we had good time with wonderful people, and we enjoyed excellent food. THANK YOU, Teodor, for such an amazing trip plan you designed for us. You are the best! We are waiting for you to send us to new places. Luminita Puia

would love to give ZERO stars but that option is not available. DO NOT use DEEPA MAHAL she is awful. She works for herself and her family by using your money for your trip to credit her and her family for vacation. I used her regrettably for a "hindu" wedding in Mexico and I understand now why the Bride's aunt cursed her out. She's horrible. Book your own flight and your own hotel for better rates, deals, rooms. Also when I asked her information for the cost of the spa services she responded, and I kid you not, "Yes :)". I was confused as to why someone I was paying for professional services thought that no response and an emoticon was ok. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

I recently required a hotel in Mississauga for a wedding for myself and my 10 yr old son. Being the photographer there is a lot of high pressure and things need to run smoothly and booking hotels with certain requirements can be a challenge. I contacted Candice and told her my requirements, location area and budget. She quickly got back to me with several options all within the area I needed and well within the budget, and with the requirements needed. After choosing the hotel I liked most, booking with her was extremely simple and fast. Upon check in there were no issues and check out was just as easy. The hotel had everything I needed. Thank You Candice for making this so simple and easy allowing me to concentrate on my duties without having to worry if things were going to foul up.
