Mountain City Travel (Diane) has been our families and my travel agency for years. They have taken my family to Costa Rica, Galapagos, Ecuador, Mexico and Jamaica. Every trip was amazing and each unique and memorable on there own. Diane, also arranged two fantastic, life changing trips for me and my husband. To Peru for a three week adventure for my 55 birthday, absolutely wonderful, best birthday ever. Every part of the trip was well thought out and planned. Then another incredible trip to Spain, a dream come true. Walking the Camino and exploring Spain, Diane never missed a beat, everyday was a gift I will truly remember and treasure. I can't explain how amazing this trip was she planned for us, ever detailed thought out and executed. Diane also helped me plan and organize taking a group of women to Bali. I was guiding them on a week long yoga retreat. Then myself and friends spending a few extra weeks to enjoy exploring Bali. Once more Diane did a fantastic job, all of the ladies enjoyed themselves and Bali. Mountain City Travel, has also planned a couple of cruises for my family and extended family which we all enjoyed so very much. I can't express enough how much Diane has made my trips the most memorable moments of my life. Mountain City Travel, coming into our lives, has taken our traveling experience to a whole other level. Im forever Grateful.

They really took their time to figure out what my interests were and what I wanted to see and do while I was there, and then catered to those requests while at the same time offering suggestions of their own for things in the area that I may have not considered previously. I strongly recommend them for anyone looking to get out and explore the world. I have worked with Diane and all of her agents on different trip over the years and had excellent service each time. I have just booked a month long trip for my husband and I for Jan 2019, to Australia and Thailand, with Kim. She has been more than amazing. She took my outline re flights and accommodation requests and found me upgraded flights at unbelievable cost savings. As she has been to Thailand, Kim gave me great advise on areas to stay in Bangkok and recommended tours I may like to do. Kim would give me several choices of accommodations and then help further as I debated the choices on occasion. The personal service I received was worth far more than the small professional fee charged. I am now looking forwards to my well organized and worry free trip starting in Jan. Thanks Kim. So many choices that we thought it would be a good idea to go through a travel agency. What a smart move! Mountain City Travel from the first visit was incredible. They guided us through the whole process. Effortless on our part and we believe that we booked exactly what we wanted. Then the pandemic hit. Mountain City Travel We usually make our own travel plans by doing our own researching on the internet. However, this year we are going to take a trip to Mexico 2 different families (Framily) with adult children and grandchildren! We are traveling from different areas, different duration of stay, and of course different needs.
