I've always found the Courtenay staff to be so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Yes,it gets busy but today, I was the only one there. Pick your time to go. I use this office because I've tried to call in numerous times to the helpline back east with no luck ever.... can't even get into the queue. Hopeless.... wrote to the minister twice to complain and offer suggestions, no response.

Nice non-bissy government center. The security in front or the screener was pretty professional but it was the lady at the desk who helped me is who really impressed me. I forgot her name but she was very personable kind and even spent time around spider lake/Horne lake area where in from. She was very compassionate to my situation and looked like she really did care, this service center is very lucky to have a worker like her and I hope they treat her well!
