I usually contact Ms. Yasmeen when I have questions regarding prices,cancellations and etc. No matter what, whether I am buying from them or not, Ms Yasmeen attends to my inquiry wholeheartedly. Recently I needed further information regarding the flexibility of a ticket I had bought online, and she advised me to go to the airport and I can assure you that it was a very good advice. Mind you that I had already visited the office of that airline twice without having got a solid answer.

I was in a hurry to get my tickets and whatever agency that I contacted gave me really expensive tickets with long layovers (at least 17 hours!). When I contacted this agency, Ms. Yasmeen helped me out. She did an incredible job. She found me tickets that were at least $300 cheaper than all the other agencies that I had contacted and they also had shorter layovers. I would 100% recommend this agency!!!

I aked for the ticket on urgent basis, and they took advantage of my emergency and sold me a ticket which took me more than 24 hours to reach destination. They just try to sell without noticing the need and requirements of the client. I am really sorry for myself for my trust.
