Ils nous avaient proposés une semaine au Maroc à notre retour de l'umra et nous avions réservé chambre d'hotel et voiture. Ils nous ont dit à moins d'une semaine du voyage que la semaine au Maroc avait été annulée. Nous avons donc perdu notre argent pour les réservations. Par la suite, nous avons appris qu'ils ont donné cette semaine seulement à certaines personnes. Le imam ne prennait même pas soin d'un homme grandement malade et ce malgré le fait qu'il est de son devoir d'aider le faible. C'est honteux. Je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec cette compagnie et personne de mes connaissances ne feront affaire avec vous.

Payer plus cher ailleurs si vous ne voulez pas regretter votre voyage.

Negotiate with them !!! They lady gave me one price on the phone for Umrah visa 420$ but when I went there the guy tells me 470$ and I told the guy I already spoke with someone on the phone then he was willing to do it for 430$ . At the end I changed my mind and have done it with a different agency cheaper. They just wasted my time. ????

La suprise ne s'arrete pas là, Elfirouds, pour une chambre double a elabraj seulement 3000$, vous traversez la rue vous êtes rendu à l'entrée de Elharam - le choix de l'étinéraire, catastrophique, avec la royal nous avions eu droit à un menu dont les portions étaient celles d'oiseau - Un conseil, ne prenez pas cette agence,
