They accepted booking but couldn’t get minimum number of people for the city tour and the refund process was bit hesitant, close to unwilling and tiresome! Keep an eye or check with them if they have enough people otherwise you’re likely to lose money!

I decided to take the full day tour at the start of my trip. Most tour companies when they say full day, it's 5-6 hours, this was actually full day. We left around 9 and returned after 6. We visited every notable location available and those that were closed due to Covid, we drove by for pics. My trip was rescheduled given insufficient bookings on the particular day but Mounir was in contact the entire time ensuring that I was able to get on a new tour day, which was just the following day Aug 13 2021. It was super hot in Montreal but thanks to Mounir's comfortable SUV, his happy manner and his vast knowledge of Montreal, it was really great. For the rest of my trip, I felt like a local going around the city already knowing so much about it and remembering all the funny little tidbits. I recommend this tour and host Mounir. Of course, stick around for the full day tour for the bagel and the ice cream shop. Thanks again. ----Juliet

Absolutely unbeatable value and the best small group tour we've ever been on. Picked up right on time by Mounir, our knowledgeable and friendly guide in his sparkling white VW SUV, water chilled and available at any time. Went out of his way to give us a thorough and detailed excursion and the day was over before we knew it, totally engrossing and bags of fun. Can't add any more, book it now!!!!:))))

Charm of Mounir was at power with that of the vibrant and lively Montreal,which made the tour experience one to be remembered for ever. Mounir was extremely amicable, personable yet still very professional , also very knowledgeable about Montreal history and showed us a lot more exciting stuff than we could have seen on our own in few hours. I would rate this experience 10/10. Montreal is an amazing city and Ntours is the perfect way to enhance this experience.
