She was extremely attentive to every detail, responded quickly to my many questions, put a trip together for me to Thailand, Cambodia, & Vietnam in a way that made everything interesting, run smoothly, & be fun. Booked two trips over the past few years with Globus through World Wide Travel and our super agent Manuela Mocan to Spain and to Scotland. Her advice on taking out car insurance for a rental in Spain saved us hundreds of dollars because of an accident. She was invaluable in helping us to plan our trip after the Globus tour was concluded. In Scotland we were detained because of the UK's covid requirements causing us to miss our flight from Glasgow to London and as a result our flight home to New York. We were forced to get a hotel in Glasgow. Manuela and the WWT staff helped us find a hotel in Glasgow, booked our flights home for the next day and stayed in touch with our car service at the airport so that we could get home. When it comes to customer service they take it to the next level and we could not be happier with their service. I recommend World Wide Travel, Manuela Mocan and Globus very highly.

Manuela has planned 4 European River cruises in the EU over the last 5 years for me, I travel alone and she’s aware of this and makes me feel safe before leaving the U.S. She is extremely resourceful with figuring out my flight plans, I don’t like to make connections. I know before leaving for Europe exactly what my plans are whether they be air, land, river, she goes over in detail what to expect for my duration abroad. I was so delighted once when I checked into my Budapest hotel to find a greeting card at the front desk from Manuela wishing me happy and safe travels. That was so thoughtful of her. She’s a Gem. We have been working with Manuela since late 2019. We originally planned our honeymoon for May 2020 but with Covid we had to cancel. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and kind to our feelings of disappointment for having to postpone. She was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable and kept us in the know with the constant Covid 19 restrictions and changes. We finally made it to our honeymoon at Secrets the Vine Cancun- and it was fabulous! All of our expectations were blown away! They did planned everything from transportation to and from airports, the stay ( which was AMAZING!) and everything in between! We highly recommend using World Wide Travel and working with Manuela! The entire staff there is so helpful and knowledgeable with Covid changes and keeping us feeling safe!
