I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!! Paul Bock is the AMAZING guy I dealt with and all I can say is WOW!!!! From when I first enquired about the car till the day I bought it he was nothing but patient, attentive, knowledgable, answered all questions, would even call me at home during his off time he is extremely likeable guy........ Paul Bock is the guy you gotta go see! 10 outta 10 recommend, worth the drive down the coast to see him.

I was experiencing some car trouble at highway speeds with a rental from another National location on the island and Claudette made me feel heard, took the time to look over my car and got me into a different vehicle first thing the next day that I could feel confident was good to go. I was nervous about stopping by and really appreciated how comfortable and supported I was made to feel. Thank you!

Great place to buy a car or truck! No pressure and very transparent. Paul did an oil change and brake job just before he sold the truck to me. I would recommend Paul to my friends and family and feel very happy with the truck I bought.

I had a confirmed rental through this location for my vacation. Total cost was just under $300 USD. When I arrived I was told that no vehicles were available and confirmations are not guarantees. So, I’m stranded. Avis, right next to them did have a vehicle and the total cost was $920 USD for the same timeframe. With no other choice I had to pay more than 3X as much. I escalated to National, they asked me send the Avis bill. I was told “this will be escalated up the chain”. I sent the bill. No one ever got in touch with me. What I learned was National confirmations can’t be trusted. If Avis didn’t have a vehicle I’d have needed to find a cab willing to drive me to Cabot, which is hours away. Thank wouldn’t recommend National or this particular branch.

This company has provided excellent service and follow up. I rented a 15 foot cube van, that was clean, mechanically sound and in my opinion reasonably priced. The condition of the vehicle was probably one of the best I have ever rented in a vehicle of this type. I had an unfortunate situation where I damaged the passenger mirror. The fairness and honest dealings with me regarding the repair cost, was exceptional. I don't normally do ratings like this, however this company deserves a public thank-you from me. The staff made all of this much less stressful to deal with and were great! Thanks to all there!

This was my 2nd time buying a car, but I have never been to National Cars. I went here to help my mom buy a car and it was a wonderful experience compared to when I bought my first car from a dealership. The staff were absolutely wonderful, there were so many cars that were affordable and amazing, and the whole process was stress-free. Paul was the employee who helped us with everything. We already had a car in mind before we went to National and ended up changing our decision to another car. Paul was very patient and made sure we felt comfortable with everything. Right off the bat, I found Paul to be extremely knowledgeable regarding every car in the lot and a very likeable person. I will DEFINITELY return here in the future to buy another car!! Thank you for everything, Paul. 10/10 experience!

God bless the employees at this location especially Randy. I was having some car issues and unfortunately was unable to rent a car as I was under 25 but he gladly offered to drop me off at the rail station without complaint. Thank you Randy and National Car Rental for the amazing customer service :)

Excellent experience, rented a full sized vehicle with no issue. It was a 2018 model, clean, etc. Would rent with again with this location if i return back to Cape Breton.
