My first experience going in - "Manager" was seated and talking on the phone (probably with a customer) - she never even asked me to have a seat - even after she finished her call. I was there for about 15 mins, asked for prices on flights to go abroad, but it seemed she didn't want my business as i only got back 1-2 word answers from her all the time and was then told it would be cheaper online. I asked if i could have a price anyway, she took down my phone number and email, but never heard back from her. It was a trip worth at least $5,000 for myself, wife and kids. Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. I'm glad i found out now before i made the booking. Never going back, would rather take my business elsewhere!

I was disappointed. I asked for prices on a 2 week trip to Southeast Asia, I got the prices for the flights but the agent never gave me the prices for hotels and excursions that we discussed. Even after a reminder from me, the agent never got back to me. I ended up booking my whole trip (plane, hotel, excursions, and some meals) on Expedia for the same price I was quoted for just the flights. I go on at least 4 vacations a year so they really missed out.

When purchasing tickets for a trip to my daughter's wedding we could not have been treated more professionally and more friendly. The travel consultant that was on duty on the Saturday was more than willing to look up multiple options for us as I was traveling with recent injuries. She suggested and had planned out the timing and the assistance of those on the ground in the destination and for our departure which was very special. We would no doubt consider their services in the future for any of our travel needs do to their professionalism and most importantly making you feel very good. Great if you need expertise in booking a cruise or all-inclusive beach vacation, but it's not really where I would go to just book flights. I think you'd get better deals online. For people uncomfortable with navigating online travel bookings, this is your place to go.

Kaylee and Rhonda are so helpful and knowledgeable and will keep in mind all your wants and needs when finding you the perfect place to travel to and flights keeping in your budget!!! Very disappointing experience. I understand the travel industry has had many challenges during Covid19 but challenges can reveal true colors. The wedding we were attending was cancelled. After we asked for a refund (knowing we would at best receive a credit) our agent rebooked us, without our consent, for the alternate date 6 months later and sent us an invoice for $1000 more. When we reiterated we would not be travelling on the alternate dates, she said she would “try” to remove us from the booking but since we didn’t respond to her email for several weeks (actually only 8 days) it might not be possible. We didn’t appreciate the exaggeration of time or the tone of her email. She was very unapologetic. The communication was poor and assumptions created a very dissatisfying experience. We did end up getting travel credits for the original amount with some persistence on our end but it was more difficult then it should have been. I would book your travel elsewhere.

NOT RECOMMENDED THIS AGENCY!!!We are a 8 member family. We booked our trip 8 months before hand we have small kids we were separated on the plane and our rooms. Our kids were on the other side in a different building . We have small children which we had to keep awake till late to try and fix the issue. And one of the rooms we got one bed when we were promised two (4 people).We will make sure to let them know and complain about this horrible situation soon as we come back.

Editing to give actual review: Went on a destination wedding of 65 people in January to Dominican Republic, our rep was Natasha Koeing. I'm the groom. We started the planning very far out, I think maybe 8-10 months? It honestly started off pretty poorly as we had told Natasha our budget range and where we would like to stay. She told us she would find some suggestions and for us to come back. When we returned she had a list of some very beautiful resorts so we were very excited, she then told us they were all $500-$1000 out of our price range so we didn't exactly understand why she had shown us them. She became pretty useless at finding a resort after that. We researched online and found a resort we liked and told her to book it. In December my mother broke her leg and almost had to miss the trip, as soon as she found out she was able to fly she emailed Natasha asking to contact the resort and air transat to let them know she would need special seating, airport help, and a different room on the resort wheel chair accessible. Unfortunately Natasha was unable to assist in this so the mother of the groom with a broken leg was emailing the resort, and airline instead. We had told Natasha from the start we had wanted to pick all the seating and room arrangements and we had even paid extra money to do so. About 3 week before we took off we hadn't heard anything about this and had emailed her saying when do we get to pick all this. She had told us "she had already hand picked the seats for us :)" which was specifically what we had asked her not to do. She then told us that she would check if it could be changed and it turned into a whole thing causing my now wife to be filled with stress as if it wasn't stressful enough already. We eventually were able to change some seats around a bit. No information about room selection was ever given, who knows if she had hand selected that or what. On-top of that we had some people who realized they could come on the trip a little later so they decided to just book it online and they got a cheaper deal by $300 each. Moral of the story is just skip the travel agents, probably easier, cheaper, and less stress to just do it all online. I also would like to add how instead of them asking how to resolve our disappointment they add a long and incorrect story trying to justify their actions and argue them. Great customer service...

We went to get tickets booked for my step-kids to come visit and the absolute dim wit of a travel agent booked it in jun instead of july and mixed the childrens ages and then had the audacity to blame us for it even though via e-mail we confirmed the dates and names/info. We ended up having to pay a ridiculous amount of money in change fees and this place is literally the worst for customer service. Do not give them your business. They dont even acknowledge their mistakes with proof. Absolute garbage of a business

would prefer to leave no star - Jenna Matthews is NOT recommended she changed plans for a wedding party, letting some guests cancel at that time and others not, I have a medical condition to not travel. Everyone was refunded and told to reput the deposit down - we were not refunded - our insurance was not refunded , at this time without being told we had to pay again the deposit to get refunded for the insurance and than would be refunded the deposit after. Completely mislead, and lied to. And still out over 500$ - DO NOT BOOK HERE

We had gone into Maritime around Thanksgiving to book our honeymoon and really wanted to do a European cruise. Paul, the agent who sat down with us, helped us pick out a beautiful 9 day cruise around Italy and Greece. Paul said he would take care of the details and get back to us when he has more information. I finally emailed him at the end of November to see if he had any headway into our trip, and the response I got back was “just working on a couple of options. I have been extremely busy so I apologize for the delay.” Haven’t heard from him since... no updates, no specifics, nothing. He didn’t seem to interested in booking our honeymoon so we ended up going to Maritime in the Frontenac mall which I HIGHLY recommend. Joan is amazing and was very attentive and able to answer all of our questions with an amazing response time! I wouldn’t recommend this Maritime to anyone.

We met Jenna in October 2017 at a Wedding Fair we went to in Vancouver. There were several booths for destination wedding specialists, but Jenna really took the time to connect with us and made our interaction very personalized. We worked closely alongside her for the next year and a half planning our destination wedding. We spent months researching resorts, where Jenna worked on getting quotes for our group and recommended places based on what we were looking for. She helped send out our invitations, handled our entire group (30 people) booking and answered everyone's questions in a professional and timely manner. I can honestly say I don't know what I would have done without Jenna through the planning process. She made everything stress free and always had my back every step of the way. We had never been to the Caribbean side of Mexico before and put all our trust into Jenna's suggestions. We just arrived home on Sunday from our 05.15.2019 wedding and I don't even have words for how PERFECT everything was. The resort (Sandos Playacar) was everything we had hoped and more and the wedding day went flawlessly. All of our guests raved about how it was the best trip of their lives. We will definitely be coming to Jenna for all our future trips and I cannot recommend her enough to any brides searching for a destination wedding specialist.

Hire employees who know their jobs. At least serve customers with a smile. Today at maritime bus station (Moncton) at via rail station those ladies at information desk were treating me like i was from another planet. Sent me to via rail to change my maritime tickets. I know that i purchased those from via rail website but those are still maritime bus tickets. What’s wrong if I have two big bags in my luggage ( they don’t need to give weird looks to show me that i have a lot of luggage) It was my first and the worst experience in maritime bus. Wish i could give 0 stars

My fiancé and I went into the mall location today to look at honeymoon options for next year. We're planning on a three week vacation in Europe and wanted to start looking at some options to help decide which countires to visit etc. When we walked in however instead of being greeted the woman working informed us in a very negative tone that she was "too busy to help us and we should just look at brochures even though they won't have what you want". It's perfectly understandable that as she was the only person working that she may have been busy with other customers needs however her dismissive and condescending tone made it clear that she had no interest in helping us, instead of being polite and offering a solution such as booking an appointment we were brushed aside. This is a very big financial commitment for us and I'm disappointed to say that we'll be taking our business elsewhere after this interaction.

A travel agency offering a variety of conducted foreign tours including cruise ships. There are special tours for Senior citizens, honeymooning couples etc. There are offers such as special discounts, unlimited drinks etc. Even though they have a website, it's better to pay a personal visit and get it in writing about any special offers applicable to your selection of tours. Better find out the likely prevailing weather of the places proposed during scheduled visit.

Booked a large family event down south before Covid 19 shut everything down. Fully understanding that Covid affected everyone and it was unprecedented. Rhat said the customer service was terrible, we had to fight to get anything back from them. Eventually they gave us travel vouchers and just recently, almost two years later, they started giving out refunds. All said, they made a stressful situation so worse than it needed to be.
