Danielle is a huge “Karen” my policy was up and they still wanted to charge me another month. She laughed on the phone instead of educating her client or even trying to help. I switched companies due to rising rates with them for absolute no reason . Very unprofessional staff. Went with Aviva insurance and I’m now paying literally 50% less with more perks. Please shop around everyone and check online brokers do not go with this company or branch.

State Farm was the only insurance company that was willing to cover my sportsbike. Lawrence went above and beyond to find the best possible rate (as with most policies, my situation was somewhat unique) and I ultimately transferred all my vehicle policies to State Farm. He informed me about possible options but didn't try to sell something that I didn't need/want. Great service, low rates and I'll definitely do business with Lawrence again.
