They charged 65$ to clean the outside of the car. It seems there are a lot of bad reviews for choice too.

I was crossing the lights at no frills when the light changed for crossing indication , a choice taxi driver in a redish burgandy colored vehicle proceeded to turn really fast nearly hitting me my wife and 2 year old son in stroller, the driver was in his late 50's to 60's it was not time for him to proceed for or turn nor was he even paying attention to the road as he was looking in the opposite direction as he did turn, this driver need to be put on suspension and have his license revoked, I would like a follow up reply to be In contact or I will report this incident to authority to have proper action done

This is the worst experiance. I called earlier to be picked up at 1245 am. And no one showed up until 1 am when I had to call again. This is not a good way to run a buisness. Very unprofessional.

pr-order cab for 8:30 am - I'm a 75 yr old going for first Covid shot. Cab arrives on time, very polite driver who took time to explain dirctions upon arriving at destination. The moment he left I realized I forgot my wallet in the cab. Called dispatach and a very polite, caring young lady reasured me all would be fine. Within 5 minutes the driver called, he had my wallet and was just 1 minute away. As a stressed Senior I am so appreciative of how I was looked after. Much gratitude to the driver and dispatcher

Terrible. On top of the fact I had to wait like 20 minutes, I got charged $1.10 to put my bag in the trunk, $1.50 to use the debit machine. And I tip.... so my $8.00 can ride became $12 I used a different service the other way and paid zero for the trunk, zero for the machine and my cab ride was $7.60 plus tip $9.60 Too bad Uber doesn’t exist here

The driver was nice. But the main line and customer service people fail. Dont call them. They are not interested in your service at all. They will report you to the police if you complain..

Had a harrowing experience with a taxi driver. The gross audacity the driver had in scaring me by breaking traffic rules. Just had asked him a question on the seat belt indicator going off. Instead of accepting his mistake and wearing his seat belt, he started to break traffic rules. He neither wore his mask which was even more scary. I simply asked him about seat belt indicator in return he start harassing me by driving crazy, jumping road line and yelling at me. Furthermore he start making story about his crazy driving and if he choose to not drive safe might be police pull him over and I am not minor so, that’s makes me guilty to not to wear seat belt. Even worse he was keep repeating this things at high volume. I wasn’t accepting this kind of behaviour from him for just asking simple question about seat belt. I want to share this story to make sure that what happened with me at that night never happened again with anyone else in future. In this situation passenger has right to call cops and cab company which I didn’t do because I was scared humiliated and feel harassed by driver and in that situation I wasn’t able to take decisions and I am regret about it because just a comment will not help to stop this kind of behaviour but at list people who reads this know what will you expect when you drive with Choice Taxi in Cornwall. I hope that company will take action on this which is near to impossible because I already email them about it and I haven’t got any responses from them, and I can see this company has more negative reviews, still they are not doing any things to make sure their customers are safe when they are using their service.

Called at 10am to request a van as i needed alot of space, they told me no problem but it will be about 30 minutes to get one which is fine because i technically requested a van rather than a car. No one called or showed up till almost noon (2 hours later) with a CAR and not a van ssyinf they dont have a van after specifically saying i needed a van for the space and they agreed to it and said one will be on its way

I've never felt so unsafe in a cab before. My driver got out in the middle of traffic took off his seat belt and gave something to the driver behind us. He got back in I communicate my disapproval of what he did and he dismissed me. Never taking a ride from Choice again. So unprofessional.

Wow, extremely awful. Charged me for a boost that never worked. Took 15 minutes to come to me, had to call again and wait another 15 minutes and then they said they would charge me again and then hung up on my face and never showed up.

Taxi was clean, courteous driver. Maybe it's me who's used to UBER, but I can't recall ever a Taxi that charged me $1.30 to use the trunk...???? Not a big charge, but would have liked knowing upfront about it. I will use them again!

Such a wonderful service to have in Cornwall, when Called the taxis arrive vastly fast and most of the driver are friendly and experienced Indians and Canadians. They also accept debit and Credit payments which is an exceptional service in the cases where you don’t carry cash. Would highly recommend Choice Taxis Of Cornwall!!!

Worst place to call takes them 45 mins to get to you. Doesn't pick you up at the place asked... Either way to far ahead or to far back. Would not recommend there services

Of my driver was being honest the cab drivers dont get minimum wage, gross company and pretty sure that's illegal. If he was lying then a 1 for having a liar that will lie about your company to make people feel bad.

Called at 10:25pm waited until 10:44pm and still no cab so called again and they said they will call and see where the driver is I waiting until 10:52 no call back so called another service and called to let them know they were no longer needed. I was late to work because of everything. Not impressed

Steve (i think #26) was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Our car needed a boost after the cold ice storm the night before. After much efforts to get the car started Steve made key observations and recommended great solutions to avoid what could have been an expensive situation. At the end of numerous efforts, Steve stayed until the car was running after his job requirements were completed. Such great customer service!!!!

The phone operators lack professionalism, come across as rude. The fairs and transport itself are decent. But nothing much above average. If you need to get from one place to another they are okay. But I would recommend checking out other options as your first choice.

Called asked for a van said they were sending waited an hour with my 4 year old son in the freezing cold for nothing had to walk home pretty sure I have Frost bit on my ear not happy just sad call 3 times while waiting and all they keep saying is he's almost there if they would have said it's going to take a while I could have walked to a store were we could have waited inside instead lied to us for what well I'll never call again

Id be worried about the driving skills. I was almost struck today by the lady driver. It was a green light, she was turning and I was going straight. I was in the middle of the intersection when I had to slam on my breaks and blare my horn or shed of hit me! And all she comes back with is "I didnt see you". Well Im sorry if you cant see a silver suv in the middle of the road where you are turning, it is time to turn your damn liscence in!

They take forever to show up. Drivers are rude, most don't bother to respect COVID rules and just a bad experience all around. Last 2 drivers were also speeding and they both passed the destinations.

I just watched car #16 drop my elderly neighbor off at 11 o'clock today. He's just out of the hospital. The driver pulled up, got out and walked him to the door holding him by the arm. Speaking from experience I know this man is proud and isn't keen on accepting help. It made me happy to see him being helped. I just wanted to give this man the kudos he deserves. He saw a need and took care of it.
