Customer service was rude and impatient.

Had a very good experience. Things were fast even for a COPR landing. So from start to finish 25 minutes. The agents were really friendly and helpful and they patiently answered all my questions......If you live in NY NJ PA MA come here even if it is further than the Freedom Bridge, there is less traffic here and you have awesome.

Avoid at all costs and reroute to ogdensburg they made me and my gf wait almost 8 hours without detaining us claiming they were filing a one page report on my gf because she is an American citizen. Yet we were the only "customer" in the building. Aka purposely and unnecessarily holding us against our will. In the end they let us go when I threatened to file a complaint.

This the best border ever , I had my experience with them and every thing was so fast and easy, we didn't wait at all . All the officers were very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this border for every person who want to land in Canada.

Polite and efficient.

Did not have recent COVID test paperwork, but had proof of vaccination and filled out app ahead of time. Instead of simply denying us entry and sending us back, they detained us for over an hour without any explanation of what else they were checking for, or any ongoing status of what they were doing, even searched our car, then turned us around anyway, still without explanation of why they detained us for so long. Inefficient and vague.
