Will not refund for my trip that was canceled because of covid19. I would not recommend and will not use again.

Barb is an excellent travel agent and person. But I wish she would have told us that we shouldn't have parked in her parking lot when we were gone on holidays. There were some pretty annoyed store owners in that mall. I guess it got pretty crowded when the vet was open. Please tell your clients not to park in this lot.
