We went to Algonquin looking for help with booking our first cruise. The flight reservation brought us in the same day as the boat disembarked. The flight was cancellled and we literally missed the boat:(. We would have loved to be provided with the advice to arrive the day before. We lost two days of a seven day cruise which translates to a fair amount of money. Pretty disappointed as we relied on the professionals and we are paying the price.
