Please be aware of this travel agency Such a rip off and liars Especially lady named KHUSHI who asked me to come to the travel agency physically and asked me to pay $300 cash Whereas I called within 24 hrs to cancel and her answer was that she went on a vacation and when I said well you could have asked somebody else to cancel it she said that’s not my problem. Excuse me? I paid for my ticket all I asked is to cancel , it’s an era of 2018 and we have gone so far in technology but this cheap girl doesn’t know that, she was so rude and disconnected phone3 times on my face, when asked for manager as even after several humble attempts she refused to help she said in punjabi ‘’ Assi free langar ni laya”. So disrespectful. I will reach out IATA and China southern both.

Balwanthji has the best prices in the the lower mainland. (I’ve verified this a few times over the last few years.) Moreover, he always has the most current information regarding airlines, flights, visas, travel advisories—you name it. Our family has been buying airline tickets from ONKAR for more than two decades.

Absolutely the worst travel agency in Abbotsford. Do not deal with them unless you want poor customer service and shady dealings. Not once, but TWICE they made a mistake of "accidentally" confirming a flight. They even sold my booked and confirmed ticket to someone for more cash, I didn't know until I showed up to the airport with the bags and the airline told me I had no seat. Furious, I went to a different company where they told me that Onkar travel confirmed the flight for another customer just because they were willing to pay more, even though I had already purchased AND confirmed it. Please stay away from this greedy, unprofessional establishment.

bought two tickets and asked for 2 bags for each person when i went to the airport had to pay extra for the bags when i called the office their answer was they forgot to tell. they keep transferring the phone to eachother no one wants to talk. terrible customer service

If I could give any piece of advise, it would be to stay away from this agency and its agents entirely. I booked a flight early March and was unable to travel due to Covid 19 restrictions. I inquired for a refund to which the agent told me it wasn't possible. Further inquires lead me to understand that that wasn't the truth and I was entitled to a refund. When I questioned the agent, she then attempted to extort me for 1000$ cash in return for a full refund. (I have text proof of this). I have filed a complaint with ACTA as well as informed Global News and CTV News of this matter. Save yourself the trouble and either book directly or with a travel agency that isn't this one. If I could take the one star back I would.

They are uneducated illiterate people. Doesn’t know anything about what they are doing. Did my wrong seat booking as they lack proper information about seat booking and didn’t refund my money. And top of everything they stop answering my phone. When I talked to airline, they said it was 100% onkar travels fault.

I don’t want to give them even one star. Horrible,greedy,liar and dishonest owner and his staff. Bought ticket from them to travel India.Due to COVID air Canada postponed the flight.they charged me $ 50 just to reschedule my seat and I asked them to refund my ticket as air Canada refunding money because of COVID and now they are asking 75 dollars more just to put the request to refund my money.they are fraud and rip off the customer and never return the call back.I called them numerous times to put a request to refund my money.Never ever buy ticket from them.they’re owner atAbbotsford is totally fraud .
