Decent service and always quite reliable in terms of transportation to either Detroit airport or Toronto. The drivers are amazing. My favourite is Christine. She’s friendly, efficient and just really good at what she does. Seems a bit pricey sometimes. That’s my only concern or issue with the service.

Very good way to travel from areas where the train runs very early/late in the day. It is a bit more expensive than the train. Though you can still get wifi in the Airbus which is a good perk.

Used for years but recently the online system wasn't working for me. Had to call in. They ended up double booking me, booked return even when I said not too. When I noticed and went in to talk to them they just gave me credit minus a fee. Good service but not owning up to mistakes when you make an error like this is poor practice. Otherwise it's a good service.

Very convenient and economical way to get back and forth to Toronto / Detroit Airport. Drivers are friendly too. The biggest bus they have is a pretty rough ride but other than that I can't complain, I used a taxi to get to the Toronto airport due to a cancelled fight and it was 300 dollars, this is much more economical at around 75 bucks.

My entire family lives in Arizona, so I travel back and forth frequently. I’ve never had an issue with Robert Q until last night. Got picked up from the Toronto airport for a ride to London. On the 401, right outside of Toronto, my driver somehow was distracted and rear-ended someone full speed. We pulled over to the left shoulder of traffic which was barely big enough since we were in a shuttle van. We sat there for an hour being rocked side to side because of all the traffic whipping by at 100km an hour. The van was leaking radiator fluid and the front was all smashed so we had police stop traffic so we could get to the other side of the road to safety. We proceeded to wait another hour ish for our new rides to come. They got us taxis to complete our trip and I got home over 2 hours late. I got a short brief call today about how a travel voucher will be sent in the mail for a free round-trip service next time I travel. It’s nice and all, but feel like they could’ve done more. At least a refund ya know? I don’t feel safe traveling with them again. I’m writing this as I’m in a neck brace waiting for xrays after being checked for a concussion all morning. Really disappointed to say the least.

This time, we received transportation, an offering from a family member (cancelling my pre-booked Robert Q transportation from Toronto). We arrived late in the evening - all four of us exhausted. The driver did not have an infant car seat as we required. My wife was upset and wouldn't go anywhere without one... and I thought of Robert Q. Again, so quick to be caring, they lent us an infant car seat without any trouble, only needing to bring it to the London office the next day. THANK YOU SO MUCH for saving us. Robert Q is a wonderful way to travel without having to transport yourself! They offer many options and travel to many destinations. The vehicles are large, spacious with lots of headroom. The drivers are usually very kind, friendly and outgoing. Stops for bathroom breaks & food are offered which is great. They also pick you back up and bring you home when you are finished travelling/being away. I have had only good experiences so far!

I travel a lot and always have had great experience with Robert Q. The shuttles always leave on time with comfortable seats and competent drivers. Parking is free for dropping off or picking up travellers. Staff are polite and friendly. There is a travel agency in the same building.

His instructions at the border were specific making the process easier with the officials. I've always had good service, but this trip was really a pleasure. Happy New Year

I've used Robert Q to take me to and from Pearson Airport 3 times. All 3 times the driver has been late picking me up. Today he was half an hour late! Instructions say to be there 15 min early to check in, but he showed up 15 minutes after our departure time! I still gave 3 stars because the drivers have always been pleasant, the seats are comfy, and I've never missed a flight despite the delay in getting on the road.

Good option to get from and to airport. I would like it even more if the prices were a bit more competitive, however when you compare to the cost of gas, parking and not having to drive, it really takes the cake. Last I used it was for a friend that was visiting me, it saved me from having to drive to airport.

If a company always treats their customers the way I was treated it will not survive a month. Robert Q had been around for a long time. I remembered the very 1st time I used them they were in downtown on York St.

We booked Robert Q Airbus to pick us up at the Detroit Airport and bring us back to London Ontario. I am very impressed with the kind, friendly, informative service provided from the time of booking to airport kiosk connection and mostly the driver. Our journey in January on the 401was dangerous. It was dark, snowy and slippery. We encountered a tractor trailer that had slipped off the highway. I could have been very frightened and nervous about this ride however safe driving choices made by our driver gave me confidence and assurance that we would arrive safely to our destination and we did. I will use this service again and I recommend them to others. The van was clean and in good condition. The driver accommodated us by turning up the heat in the van because we were cold after returning to Canada after 10 days of warm Caribbean weather. Thank you!

Just travelled from Chatham to London. Thought we were going to die. Driver was all over the road. She hit the rumble strips 5 times on the right side of the road and twice on the left. She drive down the middle of 401 and went back and forth between lanes many times. Thankfully there was not much traffic and thankfully the rumble strips kept her on the road. Got a new driver in London. What a relief

Awesome experience! I missed my greyhound to the Airport by accident and all the other buses were booked for that day. My Uber driver recommended I use Robert Q to make it on time, and it totally worked! Kim from the front desk was so kind and understanding, and I got an even better, more accessible time than my original bus. A bit pricey, but totally worth it in my opinion. Driver was excellent, felt very safe. I would recommend Robert Q in a heartbeat.

Hi Robert Q - thanks for abandoning my 80-year-old mother at Detroit airport today. Until now she had been a loyal customer of yours -- for years -- in S. Ontario but this experience left her so angry I doubt she will ever use your company again. (I know I certainly won't.) In fact, she had taken the shuttle from DTW before. Like every other time, she had a reservation and called in advance to tell the operator her location and to confirm the pickup spot - just as she has in the past - but despite having that conversation and knowing exactly where she was, the dispatcher didn't bother to tell her that the company no longer stops at both airport terminals (and of course, the terminal name was in fine print that was not obvious, especially for an elderly person). Also apparently the driver didn't bother to call her either - just left her there waiting for hours. Awesome service!

I had the experience recently of taking the bus to and from Detroit airport. Russ was the driver on both trips. He is courteous and professional. He kept the passenger aware of what is happening and what to expect. ie: stopping for pick up and drop off, procedure at the border. I also want to Thank him for waiting for me so I didn't have to wait 4 hours at Detroit airport. Keep up the great job!

Recently booked a trip through Robert Q as I was wanting to use their airbus and figured I could do the trip all in the same spot. My initial trip going to talk to somebody was a bit uncomfortable. This was my first time booking a trip through a travel agent and the lady that I spoke with wasn't very personable. She seemed frustrated when I said I only wanted general information regarding my trip like I was wasting her time. She kept asking me if I was able to book the same day and it came off like she only wanted commission from me. When I admitted that I could pay for a trip right away she tried to come off a bit softer but it felt forced. As I mentioned I liked the convenience of paying for everything in one place but I would maybe like to see a different person for my next trip. I will update once I have completed my trip so I can comment on my experience with the airbus but as some people have noted I think they could do with an upgrade with amenities such as WiFi in their airbus. **EDIT I have been in contact with the Robert Q management who apologized for my experience. I am always very impressed when a member of management gets in contact to improve any customer relations. She has offered for my next trip to meet with a different individual which I am happy to do so. I have changed my star rating and will be doing business with them in the future.

Called dispatcher and arranged to get on a earlier bus home. Arrived at meeting spot 5 minutes early and the bus was already gone, though dispatcher said it would be there. Called dispatcher back and she rudley explained she did not let the dispatcher know I would be coming, and that she did not care as I could just get on a later bus. Customer service staff was pretty much berating me that I "didn't know the Robert Q system". The next bus didn't come for four hours that morning and since I had already exited security I was left without food options. NEVER AGAIN, UNRELIABLE and NO SENSE of CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Have used Robert q a few times. Never been disappointed by them. They are a bit pricey though. And dont go for the drop off at home package, all they do is drop you off at Robert q and send you home in a cab...... and cabs are always waiting there.

I have never used your services before but tonight just driving down the road with one of your trucks in front of me and I was going to look past the erratic driving but then before the truck turned into Robert q station I received a gesture out the window. So I pulled in and asked what it was I did wrong. He says I was following to close but the gentleman was pulling away from me and a high rate of speed. I said maybe you should keep your gestures to yourself when driving a work vehicle. Well his reply was I think not so I repeated myself and he again said I think not. So I simply went inside and told a nice man at the counter that I was not interested in getting in a confrontation but the person outside parking the truck needs to keep his hand gestures to himself when he is in traffic. That's how I left it. Completely unacceptable. This was at your wharncliffe Road location. Thank you for your time.
