My husband and I booked a flight through Carol that turned out to be an experience from hell. We felt that she didn’t take any responsibility to what we experienced, but rather left it up to us to contact funjet. Funjet didn’t answer any of our calls, nor did they return any emails. No need to go into details about the horrible experience we had. Would never book a flight through this agency again.

This company rip us off for 2000 dollars off of refunds for our tickets. Made us get a doctors note to give to the airline which we were in contact with them they told us that they gave them a full refund and Vicki lied and said they gave them a partial refund. All airlines gave full refunds during CoVid-19 . We as a family were traveling to Greece for the memorial of my Father in Law who pass away unexpectedly. This is a total rip off. They never return your calls you have too hunt them down to get any response. I will be filing a price gouging with the Attorney General in Michigan and also of the local BBB . I want my full refund it’s not our fault of Covid -19 I am a hard working first responder and I put myself at risk for others everyday and to get rip off of $2000 this is absolutely terrible.

I used this company for the vacation where my fiance and I got engaged in Greece. In short, it was perfect. I was already nervous enough about what I had to do that not having to worry about booking hotels and arranging transportation was a godsend. i am not usually the kind of person who like to write reviews however this time i am writing about Louie Melhem who is the CMO of this company. MR Melhem used our limousine service in August 2018 in East Hampton NY. he flew in on a private jet to Westhampton airport the tail number for the jet was N100 AS. he used our service for 3 days and 3 nights going out to restaurants and clubs getting drunk with his friends. we did all we can to accommodate him and his friends and at the end of their trip they tipped the driver 260 dollars in cash however today i received a letter from American Express telling that MR Louie Melhem used a credit card that belongs to Elias Melhem and they are disputing the charges. after several attempts trying to reach MR Louie Melhem and him refusing to answer my calls i decided to look him up and write this. be aware of thidscompany if their CMO or CFO is doing this you can just imagine what else they will do.
