Terrible service. I called them and they told me to come up so we could plan a trip to Punta cana. So we did, once we got there, we waited patiently for about 15 min, and then the agent went to their manager and said they didn't have time for us. They apologized and said maybe we could call them back and see when we could come up. I will never tell anyone to go here and forever will tell everyone never to go here.

worst experience I have ever had. I told the travel agent many times I had never been on a cruise and she made it sound as if everything i had wonted was in the cruise package that I had paid for. turns out I had nothing in my package. thank god I called a day she was not in and found all of this out. I called them and explained that I felt I was not given good customer service they did nothing to make things right with my cruise or with the service I received. I asked for a a call back after I spoke to the travel agent and the manger and to this day it has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for that phone call. please don't go here if you have never been on a cruise
