I book through these guys online site. It is straight forward and easy to use or if you want to pay just a little extra they will take care of the whole process. Booked in office my first time and was extra $50 but was walked through the site and educated on the most important points. Great for first timers who would like help booking and even better for regular travellers who are confident to use the online booking services. Always book with elgin travel. I use online though as we were charged the 50$ fee twice as there was two of us booking the same trip. Not exactly happy about that but i just stick to booking online. But always have the best experience purchasing tickets with elgin travel, i wont use any other travel site! So happy to have the chance to be able to support them from home!
