Jenene was wonderful to work with! She was always so responsive and was so knowledgeable about our trips to both Mexico and Punta Cana. She gave great advice about resorts and was sure to get us as many perks as possible. Even when Covid forced us to delay our much anticipated trip, she kept us apprised of any changes and was always willing to answer my many questions. We worked with Jenene to plan our honeymoon to Mexico this past September. My now husband and I reached out to several travel agents before we found Jenene. She immediately suggested a phone call to learn more about us, our interests and what we wanted to get out of our trip. Jenene is upfront, honest and was there every step of the way, happy to answer all of our many questions! If she has not personally been to the destination you are looking to travel to, she will put you in touch with someone who has. Her experience not only as a travel agent but as someone who has traveled extensively herself cannot be matched. We had a phenomenal time on our honeymoon and thanks to Jenene, got the best deals on both our flights and our resort. We can't recommend Jenene enough and are looking forward to planning a trip to Europe in the near future with her help and guidance!

Jenene at Awestruck was fabulous. She answered every question and handled every issue that came up. Whatever the questions were, she was able to answer them right away. And whatever the problem was, she was able to take care of it. All we had to do was enjoy our trip because we knew she would take care of us. When she heard that we didn't have a tote to carry our belonging & towels for the catamaran adventure, she was quick to offer us one of hers. So if you want to travel and not worry about anything besides having a good time, I would highly recommend Awestruck by Canary Travel.

Jenene was awesome and super helpful! We were referred to her as a travel agent by another friend who had booked a trip through her recently and we were not disappointed. She made the whole planning process super easy and was extremely efficient. She found us a great deal and catered our honeymoon to our personal needs and preferences, which was awesome. We definitely felt like the resort that she picked for us was specifically great for what we were looking for and not just another resort. She also added in a honeymoon gift for us, which was so sweet! It was my first time going to an all-inclusive resort and I definitely would have been lost doing it by myself.
