(Translated) It was my 2nd group trip and a 1st with Incursion Voyage - destination Thailand and Laos in October 2019. A nice 3 weeks, nice excursions, guide (Normand Arpin) and super friendly, professional local guides. The choice of hotels was very good, variety of accommodation types; air and land transport too. We were a small group (-15). Had very good service and IV information. Also, I plan another trip with them in 2020-21 (Original) C'était mon 2e voyage de groupe et un 1re avec Incursion Voyage - destination Thaïlande et Laos en octobre 2019. Un beau 3 semaines, belles excursions, accompagnateur (Normand Arpin) et guides locaux super sympathiques, professionnels. Le choix des hôtels était très bien, variété des type d'hébergements; les transports aériens et terrestres également. Nous étions un petit groupe (-15). Eu un très bon service et informations d'IV. Aussi, je me prévois un autre voyage avec eux en 2020-21

Déplacement en bus trop nombreux, survols rapides des endroits visités. Non respect des temps libres. Qualité des repas correct sans plus (souvent sous formule buffet). Hôtels de qualité très bien situés. En conclusion, chercher ailleurs!
