Only way off the island by vehicle. Had to wait out the high winds as the new ferries are just not operational in stiff winds. Overnight on the PAB terminal. Staff was efficient and friendly.

For Commercial vehicle they must increase the ferry services, second trip to NL always waiting to get on board over 7 to 8 hrs. Horrible experience ????

Friendly staff and very helpful. I've travelled this boat many times for work and the only issue as of late is getting a cabin. Other than that it's a great boat ride. Thank you Marine Atlantic. You know what it means when it comes to customer service.

Great service and I feel safe travelling with them but I wish they still had a terminal restaurant inside... however they are very close to lots of restaurants.

Every seat and cabin was booked. I slept a little in a chair. Really busy as it was the peak time for tourism. Typical ferry. Food menu was decent. It is what it is.

Took this ship over to Newfoundland and back. Seven hours one way. Very comfortable seats that recline, a number of televisions around the seating area. Cafe to purchase drinks, snacks, sandwiches, etc. Also has a sit down restaurant and a souvenir shop. Computers on board as well.
