Nous avons fait plusieurs voyage en famille et les avions toujours organisé nous même, mais elle m'a convaincu avec ses nombreuses histoire sa passion et avec le fait qu'elle aime les défis. Alors nous l'avons mise au défi, nous partons 6 adultes et 3 enfant pour 2 semaine en tunisie et somme présentement en préparation final de notre voyage avec elle. Tout au long de l'organisation Anita à su s'ajuster à nos nombreuses demandes et restrictions budgétaires, elle as eu plusieurs bonne idées dans le choix des excursions et as su les ajuster a nos goût qui dissons le ne sont pas toujours facile a cerner et combler. Nous somme assez exigeant et elle nous a organisé un beau voyage en perspective. Si ce n'avais été d'un problème bizarre de communications (courriel) au début de l'organisation qui as étiré l'organisation du voyage elle méritais amplement 5 étoiles. Je vous conseille fortement d'aller la rencontrer et de discuter voyage avec elle, elle vous convaincra.

If you continue to fuck your customers like you did with me, I will not be surprised that next year your business closes. So future customers will see elsewhere there is probably a more human person who will give his time and his heart if ever like me your airline decides anything ..And NEVER travel with sunwing :( Small advice do not take your future trip with Agence des Halles. (Original) La pire expérience depuis que je voyage .Histoire courte quand j 'ai acheté mon voyage.J'ai acheté un voyage à Santiago de Cuba .Je devais partir à 6 h le matin et arriver la bas à 10h30. Et l'agente de voyage en question savait très bien qu'avec mes enfants je ne voulais pas d'escale ou D'arrêt comme ils appellent.Donc maintenant , nous partirons à 10h30 et nous arriverons à 16h30. C'est merveilleux une journée complète dans l'avion . C'est sunwing ...Mais on ne m'a jamais avisé qu'il se pouvait que la compagnie aérienne aient le droit d'ajouter un arrêt .Donc j 'ai appelé sunwing et ils ne pouvaient rien faire avec moi car j 'avais acheté le voyage avec l'Agence des halles .Donc j'ai communiqué avec Anita la propriétaire de l'agence .Elle m'a bien fait comprendre que nous n'étions pas important pour elle ni pour sunwing. Elle m'a bien dit qu'elle perdait du temps à me parler .Et puisque j'était mécontente elle avait pas envie de se battre pour avoir un dédommagement .Alors bravo championne mais pour le service donné aux Clients , c'est un gros 0 .Nous perdons aussi une journée à Cuba au soleil grâce à vous . J'étais vraiment étonné que votre agence roule depuis 21 ans .Si vous continuez de vous (foutre ) de vos clients comme vous l'avez fait avec moi, je serai pas surprise que l'an prochain votre entreprise ferme . Donc futurs clients allez voir ailleurs il y a surement une personne plus humaine qui donnera son temps et son cœur si jamais comme moi votre compagnie aérienne décide quoi que ce soit ..Et ne voyagez JAMAIS avec sunwing :( Petit conseil ne prenez pas votre futur voyage avec Agence des halles .
