Mickey Coleman - BEST travel agent EVER! ♥️ We had a cruise ???? booked for 20 months using our wonderful travel agent Mickey Coleman at the Abbotsford office. Mickey is always helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with when we book our travels through her every year. Always smiling, and ready to give help and advice. This month having only three weeks to go before leaving for our 35 day reposition cruise Australia ???????? to Vancouver ???????? it all fell apart because of the virus ???? hitting the world hard. We were sad for it being canceled but know it was for the best. When calling Mickey during the week when we were trying to decide what to do she was always positive and open. She sounded exhausted from what must have been many of her customers calling because of cancelations due to the virus. She still kept her professional, cheeriness and willingness to help out “anytime”. As it turned out Princess Cruises canceled before we got to do our action on our own. Mickey was on the phone promptly to us asking what option we wanted to move forward with. She jumped into action and it was in the process to Princess Cruises the same day. It is now in the hands of them to process thanks to Mickey’s fast action. We also required the Air Canada one way trip canceled and refunded. VERY thankful we took travel insurance, Mickey emailed us the forms and we faxed them back signed. That was Friday and thanks to her fast action we received the air fare refund back Tuesday in our bank account. We value Mickey Coleman’s very much as a travel agent and recommend her and all the staff in her office to anyone. If Mickey is not there then any of the other staff there are more than happy to assist. A travel agent we can trust to be there when we need them. We learned first hand this trip the high value on using a travel agent for your travel needs. They know the ins and outs of industry and work you and uses that on a daily bases. Her office is a hour away with offices closer but we always go to her office. In this day and age phones, emails and faxes can be used as well as visiting in person which we use with her. This is only one if the many times Mickey has WOWED us with her excellent service. Mickey is the BEST travel agent we know. Thank you Mickey Coleman you are a valuable gem to us and you know we will always come to your with our business. We APPRECIATE you! Anyone looking for a travel agent, Mickey is the one.
