Could not recommend Laurel and island joy rides any more. We rented bikes for the whole day to ride quadra and appreciated the rental had no time limit which allowed us to take our time and even enjoy the free snacks and water provided. The hybrid electric bikes were in great condition and an easy ride. If you need to rent a bike on the Campbell river / quadra area go with Island Joy Rides.

The Island Joy Ride Adventure tours is a perfect way to explore places in and around Campbell River. We chose the Island escape tour where we had to take a ferry to enjoy beautiful Quadra Island. They are conveniently located not too far from the Ferry terminal. The host was warm and welcoming. She helped us with our electric bikes **May seem expensive but its totally worth having one for climbing up big hills and fun gravel trails. The thoughtful details like providing trail snacks, freshly picked prunes from her garden, and a cold bottle of water with mint leaves made our experience all the special and cherishable. The bikes were in great condition and the route map laid out by the host gives you a complete experience of the location you choose to take. ⭐⭐⭐We highly recommend them⭐⭐⭐
