Terrible customer service, don't bother asking them for help or helicopters services. They don't help people, or give what they SAY on their website, they hang up the phone before they even hear what you need. Extremely disappointed with this company.

You will not find a more detail oriented and safety conscious Helicopter company on this coast. We have been flying our clients with Craig for 21 years to amazing fishing experiences and now with his son and daughter team for the last 10 years. Absolutely amazing! My girlfriend arranged a tour with Grizzly Helicopters. What a incredible experience! Our pilot-Cameron was fantastic. So knowledgeable and friendly. Such a smooth and very comfortable flight. Views of the ocean, lakes, islands and snowy terrain mountains were stunning. 6 of us locals, in awe of the beauty of our home.
