What an amazing experience from start to finish! I connected with Julia who went out of her way to help with booking our family, and she was incredible to work with. When we arrived on “tube” day, the entire crew was friendly, knowledgeable and followed all COVID protocols, and ultimately made for a fantastic day on the river. I only found out about Tubing The Grand from a friend’s Facebook post, and I will definitely spread the word and recommend to others to visit too.

Loved it! Beautiful scenery for the float down the river. Took my 15 year old son and 20 year old daughter and they enjoyed it so much we are definitely doing this again. Perfect outing for the family! Very well organized and friendly! Thank you for our great adventure!

Was ok. Didn't realize we would get stuck so often. Heard someone lost there phone they were up and down so much when hitting low water. Just be warned you don't tube the whole thing. Had to walk about 6 times. Ended with water in the boat. Still good and recommed trying at least once. Just be prepared to walk parts of it. Don't bring anything valuable.

WOW!! Ten times better than we anticipated. We thought it would be an okay way to spend time with family visiting Canada for the first time. It was the best day!! So much fun. And the crew that met us to get us set up and off down the river are incredibly nice and so welcoming. It took us 3 hours. I'm sure it could go faster but we were loving the relaxation and the laughs and the shenanigans. We'll definitely be doing this again.

Easy, kind and fun! These two lovely people ensure you are safe, provided with all the necessaries for your trip! We took our time with the trip, so we spent about 3.5 hours floating and gliding down the river. Should you want to paddle and go faster you have that option too! Great company for a summer afternoon.

Hoping to do this again and bring my nephew's. It was a lot of fun and everyone was incredibly friendly. My mother in law suffered from a stoke two years ago and has a hard time with her right side but she wanted to take this off her bucket list and prove she was able to do it. She proved it to EVERYONE! very proud of her. Everyone was helpful. It was wonderful. Only thing I would say is pay attention to where the rocks are so you don't get stuck .. I'm not the best with paddling and knowing how to direct myself but again wasn't a big deal .. nice dip in the water from the sun. Also make sure you bring sunscreen but all that was human error.

Amazing experience! My advise: be prepared to get wet! Do bring clothes for changing. It requires quite a lot of paddling, bring some snack and water.

Had a great time here tubing the lazy river with a group of friends a few weeks ago. Very well run and relaxing day. Special thanks to Julia who met my friend nearby to deliver my bag that I left behind at the site. Only recommendation I have is to have a larger sign by the road as it was easy to miss the turn even when following Google maps. Good customer service, easy to book and good return policy if you need to cancel. Would highly recommend! Thanks for a great day!

went on the weekend for the first time with family. it was fun and relaxing. would highly recommend this place as their are alot of sights to see as u float or paddle your way down the river. at the end instead of putting u on a shuttle the provide a voucher for a cab back to your car. the place is highly organized and they take pride in what they do.

Fun activity. Very relaxing. You are going to get wet so come prepared. Unfortunately the day of, we had strong winds so we took almost 5 hrs but if there's no rush all then it works. There is quite a bit of paddling after the golf course so be prepared.

We had an awesome day with Julia and Gary. The weather was perfect, sunny and not too hot. Very comfortable rafts to enjoy the scenic float down the river. Water depths are fairly shallow thru most of the trip so there were a few times we had to get out and walk our rafts to deeper water but that was easily done. We saw a selection of birds, including 2 Great Blue Heron as well as a few dogs playing in the water. Near the end of our trip we were able to view 2 waterfalls. An amazing way to spend a Sunday afternoon and a great value too. We will definitely recommend your services to family and friends. Looking forward to our next trip with the kids! My husband and I had so much fun drifting down the Grand. Thank you for a lovely afternoon! We enjoyed it so much that we want to bring some family members and do it again. For 35$ this was a very affordable, fun and unique activity in Cambridge. We thought it was a great deal! It even includes a water bottle and granola bar, plus a taxi voucher to get you back to the parking lot where your car is at no additional cost. And there is a dry bag provided to put your phone in! It's very customizable to whatever you like to do... you can purely just let your raft drift (in which case it does take a loooong time to go down the Grand but is really relaxing and beautiful to just take in the river and scenery) or you can paddle if you want to be more active. You can also alternate between drifting and paddling which is what we ended up doing. You can also attach the rafts together as my husband and I did if you want it to be more of a group experience. So fun and we both highly recommend. The owner was very friendly and outgoing too!

Spend yesterday tubing the Grand with some family for my Sister's bithday. It was fantastic! Gary, one of the hosts went above and beyond to make sure it was a perfect day for our group and especially my Sister. I would recommend this adventure to all! No complaints.

So relaxing. Our group had a great time. We really enjoyed the peaceful scenery - saw a few eagles and osprey. Very nice, pleasant staff and well accommodating and very well run. We had to cancel our first booking due to thunderstorms but rebooked with no problems whatsoever - great communication. Will go again for sure next year.

Great day on the Grand. Well organized with courtesy taxi to take us back to our vehicle. Very serene and gentle moving waters. Friendly staff greeted us and met us at the end of our journey Enjoyed the comfortable,inflatable kayaks, incl life jacket, which were easy to paddlle, and easy to get in and out of for the few lower water level areas. Beautiful waterfall and nature to see. Definitely making this an annual family event.

I'm not sure if it was just the time of year or what... but my group found the website to be completely misleading. There was NO just floating down the river, if we stopped paddling we didn't move at all because the river was running so slowly with barely any current. This meant that it wasn't just the end part where we had to paddle (which is what their website says) we had to paddle the ENTIRE trip which, took close to 4 hours. We had children with us, so my mom and I had to tie the younger two kids tubes to our tubes and tow them the ENTIRE way because after about 20 mins of paddling their arms were too tired and our older two kids (12 years old) had to do it on their own and were miserable after about an hour and a half of it. We all ended up with blisters on our hands and very sore arms. We were expecting a nice relaxing float down the river (we were more than happy to paddle through parts, but not the ENTIRE time). Nothing about this was fun or relaxing. I honestly don't even know why they let us go considering it was two adults with four kids and if the older kids couldn't make it (which they almost couldn't) there was nothing we could do to help because it was hard enough pulling the two younger kids... and as I said above, if we didn't paddle we just sat still. There was no warning when we got there that the river was running very slow and that it would require us to paddle the whole time (there was maybe 7 mins TOTAL where no paddling was required, but we were still barely moving in those areas). If we wanted to paddle something down the river, why on earth would anyone ever choose a tube? You would choose something that is meant for that like a canoe or a kayak and has room for two, so we weren't towing another tube behind us. We saw people on canoes and kayaks pass us with ease. The pictures of the waterfalls they posted that you are supposed to see along the way were also very misleading, again... maybe it's the time of the year (but it should specify that on the website) but they looked more like a trickle of water. Very disappointed, none of us had fun and are all recovering from our blisters and sore arms. When we came to the end and mentioned to the people running it that it was much more paddling than we expected, they did not seem at all surprised to hear that. We talked to another middle aged couple at the end that didn't have kids and they said the same thing as us, that it was not relaxing as they had expected and they couldn't believe my mom and I were able to make it towing kids behind us or that our other kids did it on their own because they had a hard enough time with no kids.

This was so much fun! we went for a Girls weekend, had a lot of laughs.. We all tied together for most of the float and only released for the last km maybe and had to paddle in. I suggest you bring enough snacks and drinks for about 3 hours. It was very well organized and the wet bags came in handy for personal stuff, a couple of the ladies brought their phones for music and pictures and they stayed dry. The tubes were comfy and hardly took on any water. Def a fun experience..

We had such a fantastic day Tubing the Grand. It is the perfect combination of physical exercise and floating while enjoying the views. Staff from this company are funny, friendly, knowledgeable and provide clear instructions for the tubing route. Great price for an afternoon outing. Will definitely be back again!

Fantastic experience to enjoy nature on the water while soaking in the sun. We made a last minute change to our booking and Julie responded via e-mail almost immediately. The staff were all smiles and gave us all the info we needed:) My 14 and 9 year old had a great day. I only wish there were facilities to change afterwards.
