I've been dealing with Jennifer George for my last 4 trips and have had the most amazing time. We give her an idea of what we want to spend and she sends lists and lists of resorts. In fact we just got back from Dreams Palm Beach in the DR that she recommended. Had an amazing time. I would call her for every trip for now on. If your going with a large group not to worry. Jenn managed to get 21 of us to Las Cabos without a glitch and got us all in the same building. The service is always well above what is expected.

Chris Shoemaker’s the best of the best. She is so friendly and treats you like you are her only client. She will tell you if she thinks a resort or place isn’t for you and opens you up to more options. She looks after every little detail. Does everything but pack your bags and loves to hear about your trip. She goes out of her way to make sure your trip is exactly what you are looking for. I will not use anyone else and highly recommend her. She goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great trip. Her enthusiasm is contagious and is awesome in helping to plan large group trips.

Shelley Elkas sold me tickets for airplane from Eastern Europe to Mexico through USA and did not make sure that I had a USA visa. As the result I came to the different city to the air port and air travel representatives did not allow me to come on board. Also she did spelling mistakes in my first and last names in couple of travel documents.

My husband and I have to highly recommend Ashlie White! We booked a vacation to Las Vegas prior to the world shutting down for Covid-19. We took her advice and purchased the Cancel For Any Reason insurance, which allowed us to get our money back...not just a credit. Yuo just NEVER know what could happen. During booking, Ashlie made some great recommendations, and really assisted us with coordinating the trip with another couple. She had great tips, and I felt like we were in good hands with her handling all of the details on our behalf. Once the world is able to pick itself up and dust itself off, we will definitely be booking another trip with her!! I have been going to this place for 25 years! They have the best agents in town. They are always efficient, and ready to help with any issues while you are travelling. The prices are comparable with online prices plus their customer service beats any online company when baggage is lost or misplaced. I highly recommend this location. The office is large and very clean, plenty of parking, and easy to find.

So glad I trusted Northstar Travel to assist me in picking a beautiful location to get married.
