The amount of issues dealing with them attempting to honour any sort of coupons etc is insane. On top of that, if you do successfully get one booked with a proper discount you run the risk of it being randomly canceled because its now "theft" even with a valid coupon, approval, etc. Why bother when its just a big run around.

Booked and prepaid a trip to Fallsview with a pickup time of 9:30. Arrived at the pickup point at 9:10 to find a bus waiting. Asked the driver if he was the Fallsview bus, he said no. About 5 minutes later my phone rang and it was the Fallsview bus driver, he had left 20 minutes early from the pickup spot and I guess the other driver had called him and told him he left someone there. He had to come back (I am sure if it was not for the other bus driver I would still be waiting there). He came back and got me. On our way back the driver at the 2nd last stop asked the passengers if they know how to get back to the 1st stop to let them off. Wrote the company and all I got was a voicemail basically saying "He came back for you so there was no real problem." It is a shame that the company does not take ownership of problems and customer service is terrible. DO NOT PREPAY for a trip pay when you get on the bus; if you PREPAY the bus may leave without you, and the company does not really care.

Just got back from a trip to New York City with Great Canadian Coaches. I am a quadriplegic and never thought a trip like this was even possible. Our bus driver Eileen made it possible. Absolutely horrid customer service! I had to cancel a bus trip due to being sick and the agent I spoke to said I would receive a refund. I waited over a month to receive this "refund" and never got it. So I contacted them again only to have them tell me that I was wrong and was never offered a refund because they have a no refund policy. Also was told that the agent did the "right thing" by telling me I wasn't getting a refund when she did. Oh and to top it off they booked the spot I cancelled so they got paid twice for the same booking. Also before I get a comment back from them saying they state they don't do refund in their terms and conditions, I already knew that but it is something else when an agent that works for you tells me I would then you claim it never happened with attitude at that. I will never book with you again and I will be sure no one I know does either. My true rating would be negative stars if it were possible!

Its just over a week ago that my wife & I and our son came back from The Wonderful Day in The Neighborhood Mystery tour. This was our first tour of this type. And we had a very wonderful time our Tour guide was Peter & Our Driver was Glen. Glen is a very safe driver and very friendly Peter always kept us entertained with his vast amount of knowledge and always made sure everyone was happy and having a goodtime he is a great asset to the company. I have been on 3 different trips with this company. I enjoyed them all, except the one theatre production. If I had known the seat selections available, I would not have gone. The seats were close to the back of the venue, a post obstructed our view and we could not hear the actors on stage.

I took the bus from London to Toronto to see Cats yesterday, which unfortunately was the day of a horrific freezing rain storm. I cannot say enough good things about our driver Stan!! He got us through the brutal road conditions, carefully, safely and cheerfully! There was carnage all around us-many tractor trailers jack knifed in the ditches, smashed up cars-but he just said, "Let's put on some relaxing music." and carried on with show tunes and Christmas carols playing in the background. He absolutely made a white knuckle day pleasant and got us to our shows on time, always polite, helpful and humourus. Whatever you're paying that man, is not enough! This was my first time using one of your coaches and I'll certainly be a returning customer and hope to ride with Stan again sometime.

Went to Toronto yesterday to the musical Come from Away. Decided to take the bus from London due to the Toronto traffic. Certainly worth the $50.00 return trip. The bus was comfortable, spacious and clean. But the best part was the driver Stan!! He made the trip with his humour and friendly, caring disposition. He was personable, a great sense of humour, went over safety issues and was such a safe driver. He shared his knowledge pointing out many of the highlights in Toronto as we entered and left the city and was patient with the horrific Toronto traffic. Hopefully we get the joy of riding with him again.

Took the $15 casino trip to Fallsview which includes a buffet lunch 5hrs there and the ride there and back was Awesome, the driver D.S was great, he was able to bypass a major accident on the 401 highway to still get us to the casino on time, superb driving,keep up the good work! Definitely will be going again!

New York Sightseeing - September 12 to 16, 2016. We consider this tour to be, all in all, quite enjoyable. A late arrival on Monday night, and a 7:30 start Tuesday morning was a little stressful. We would hope that you will consider a downtown New York hotel option for future visits. For those of us that aren't in New York to shop, some time to relax in our rooms before events such as the cruise ( an excellent evening ) would have been welcome. A number of the other older travellers indicated to us that the availability of a break in their rooms for rest and repair would have been a welcome option. A few hundred dollars in added cost would not have been a problem for most. The events scheduled, from the 9/11 Memorial, the Top of the Rock, City tour, etc. were well co-ordinated and an excellent cross section of the city's events and features. We both felt that the city tour was one of the best we had ever taken. Congratulations on your choice of guide. Radio City was great. To see such an iconic building from top to bottom was certainly a highlight. However, there really wasn't enough time to do justice to a museum visit before dinner. What other options might have been available, we don't know; perhaps the city's tourist agency or some of your many travellers would have some suggestions. Carmine's was an interesting experience; we loved the ambiance (? ) and the food, but the noise was off the charts. Maybe a smaller, more intimate venue, upstairs perhaps could be arranged. Your choice of "Paramour" for our entertainment was perfect. It was enjoyed by everyone. Lastly, we would like to commend Monica and Paul for a super job, done in an upbeat, professional manner. My friend and I recently took the 3 day trip to Montreal! The Hotel was very nice, no complaints in that department! The tour was very poorly organized! My friend and I did not get to see the attractions and got no shopping done! Very disappointing! The dinner that was included in the price was not at a nice restaurant! We had to stand in line outside and then they were 3 hrs. serving us! Dinner was upstairs and a noisy party bar below us! Not enjoyable at all! We will not be touring with them again!!

The driver Dick Scott that does the casino trips out of Waterloo/Kitchener made the ride there comfortable and had a great attitude, joked with the passengers.I have gone on a few trips with that driver and never had a bad trip.
