I am a disappointed customer of CAA. I have been a customer since 2014, and have used them once for a battery start. I live in a small town outside of Kitchener and they said I would have to tow my car into Kitchener in order to receive their service. When I registered for CAA they knew what my address was and never mentioned that I was outside of their service range. I recently locked my keys in my car and called them for assistance not knowing my membership expired 1 month ago. They were not willing to assist me unless I renewed my membership. I understood I needed a membership to recieved service, but with my current address it would not have made sense. I was just hoping they would honour my loyalty and past experiences where they would not help me due to my location. Very disappointed.

Terrible Costumer service , I have passport pictures taken there for the family and the quality was really bad (not just that they are really expensive/ $16 each ) so I asked them to retake or defend my money but they didn't do none of them and they said that if I want new pictures I have to pay for it again.bab,bad bad costumer service.

I have to comment about the wonderful service I have been provided by the phone staff and in person staff over the last 2 weeks. I have had to phone CAA/have them visit quite a bit over the last couple weeks. I haven't seen/heard better customer service than from these people. Over the phone and in person; they are polite, friendly, courteous, pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful. I have been intimidated by other companies who try to speak over my head and who think they know everything. With CAA this is definitely not the case. It's not often people are commended for the excellence. Rachel who helped me with a boost to my car was EXCEPTIONAL and the gentleman who boosted my SUV that evening was awesome also. Wonderful service all around! Great work to everyone!

Does anyone even work at this location? Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Pathetic level of customer service and responsiveness. I took my $1000 worth of travel insurance business elsewhere.

This your store if you like to travel and enjoy other perks. CAA reliability is well-known for road side assistance. But the store has a wide selection of travel accessories. Members receive a discount in the store on their quality products.

Called today for a tow. Very nice helpful service on the phone. Tow truck for a motorcycle arrived quite quickly and on time. The young men that helped me were very easy to deal with and courteous. I realize I am writing this review to the store but I don't know where else to post a review for roadside assistance.

My car locked me out with the engine running(in park) after I got out to check something... The CAA locksmith was there in 10 mins. Opened my car with no damage in about 15 seconds. Very happy with service. Unhappy with Stupid Ford Focus... Thanks CAA!!!!

Had a flat and dead battery. Service was quick and friendly. First guy that came couldn't get the tire off and said it would have to be towed. Tow truck came and guy said he could get the tire off and charge the battery. He did and I was very thankful! Guy ( I wish I knew his name) was awesome! Very friendly and super helpful! I am very pleased with the service I received.

Absolute terrible service. We are planning a trip to Germany and visited this CAA branch. We wanted to sit down with a travel rep to discuss our options. We told them we needed help, they literally threw travel books across their table, told us to do the research and went back to chatting and sipping their coffee. We did go to a reputable travel agent and booked our $15,000 trip. Your loss CAA. You are better off to visit an agency who wants your business.

My complaint is not with the store. However caa needs to take a good look at who they sub contract their roadside assistance to. I am deeply disappointed in caa. The way your drivers are treated is disgusting. My son drove for you for 6 weeks. He liked the job however the pay was ridiculous. He was ripped off every way your sub contractor could. His friend also quit. It is disgusting how they were treated. Not sure I will ever subscribe to caa.

we are currently members of caa and we put a claim in on our waterheater replacement and were told it won t be covered because it was too old,my advice to anyone buying that coverage DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY they will find any excuse not to pay out .

Horrible experience. I needed my van to be towed because of battery issues. Ended with broken drive shaft ,bc driver was too lazy to line up tow truck with my van. Extremely disappointed.

In September 2019 we booked a trip to Australia and purchased all the recommended travel insurance; unfortunately COVID forced us to cancel in February 2020. CAA accepted our request and informed us that refund would be 8-10 weeks. After this period reheard nothing and when I contacted them a number of times they kept changing the date to a later date. Finally was told refund would come in September 2020; nothing and when we tried to contact CAA office manager, we received no response. We then took it to the CAA Person and had to spend another 2 months explaining our situation; they kept trying to give us another flight instead of returning our money. Finally got out our money back late October. We would suggest that you ensure all dealings with this office are in writing!!

Genevieve at the fairway location was just amazing. I had a lot of questions, and a last minute name change on a plane ticket, and she took care of everything. She even took the time to email us after our vacation was over to make sure we had a good time. Other associates I spoke with at this location were all helpful and pleasant as well. We will for sure we be coming back to this location for any future vacations.

WARNING: roadside assistance. I called a month prior to membership renewal to make sure I was covered (May 14th spoke to Sandra) for roadside assistance and was left STRANDED because of no renewal? Jennifer the supervisor then told us at 6:30am we would have to wait until the "sales" team arrives at 8am to renew membership? (Not very good roadside emergency service) CAA = NOT GOOD FOR AN EMERGENCY

The first teller I spoke to apologized due her inability to sell me the insurance I requested.
