I had a battery problem with our 2015 Highlander over the past several weeks during the cold spell. Finally, on March 14, 2021 decided to do something about it and called CAA. They sent a battery man out, Chris Gowing FAC # P670 and ID # 11269. He did a complete battery check and told me there was nothing wrong with the battery. He could have sold me a new battery but said it was not needed. I was impressed with his honesty and sharing with me the battery test results on his Tablet. So, now we start the vehicle every day its not driven during the cold weather for 15 minutes to offset the drain from the security system. Great work Chris!

Waited 9 hours for a tow. No updates or communication from CAA. Eventually canceled and called another company for which I will have to pay. Unimpressed and will not renew. Oh also spent about an hour and half on hold waiting to speak to a rep.

My CAA driver Danny was phenomenal in his customer service and personable skills. He was attentive and ensured my safety whilst loading my car up on the tow truck from the side of the highway. He continued with open communication during the ordeal and was fluid in making sure I was comfortable and if I had a plan in place. I enjoyed the discussion and the compassionate demeanour. Received call advising my travel tickets are ready and to pick these up. I show up 20 minutes later, no tickets. Staff then denies calling my home when call display clearly indicates Cambridge CAA office. This is exceptionally poor service.

Battery died. Called and rep Matt from Scarfo & Son showed up. Had car going very quickly and took the time to explain what happened and that I had loose positive connector. Very happy with service I received, highly re commend!!

WARNING: roadside assistance. I called a month prior to membership renewal to make sure I was covered (May 14th spoke to Sandra) for roadside assistance and was left STRANDED because of no renewal? Jennifer the supervisor then told us at 6:30am we would have to wait until the "sales" team arrives at 8am to renew membership? (Not very good roadside emergency service) CAA = NOT GOOD FOR AN EMERGENCY

Went in to renew my membership, decided to pick up a backpack while I was there, they had a great selection, found exactly what I wanted. The lady who looked after me was professional, really helpful and very friendly. She was also health conscious, wearing a mask, taking precautions while serving me, at a time like this it says they are respecting me, my friends and family.

Last minute need for some north of Lake Superior maps as a paper backups and a compliment to satellite GPS's. All was solved with one phone call, I had left a message and frankly (given current covid lockdowns and CAA store closures) didn't expect to hear back. I received a call back within minutes. Not only did 'S.' fetch me what I needed she went out of her way to provide me an entire grab bag of useful information for the area. All prepped and ready for me to pick up outside the store. Zero person to person contact and even with all of her help she asked questions to ensure I had all I could possibly need. Too often are the posts of negative customer experiences, this was the exact opposite, she went well above and beyond any expectations.
