It was the third time that I booked an air ticket from Trips Booker, and their services have been par excellence. First time I booked the ticket, the flight did not take off from Calgary because of failure of the computer, and was delayed by 2 Hrs. I would have missed the next connecting flight from Minneapolis, if they had not rebooked the flight with next connecting flights, and gave me a text message confirming the details. Everything was so so smooth. I have just been back from Vegas, and they offered the best deal for the trip. Their online booking is fantastic and one does not even have to call them.Highly recommended for all your travel needs.

A bunch of frauds working there, they just rip you off !! Booked a ticket for my parents for August 2021 and after few airline cancellations they finally issued a ticket to flew on October 1st, which my mother was unable to travel due to some health issue. Informed them 24 hrs before travel and also provided doctors note (all airline give free 2 amendments during this pandemic)! Also spoke to the Owner Sing another crooked guy blaming it on airlines. They manually charged my Credit Card another $1500 to fly out on October 6th. The fist payment was charged by the airlines from my CC but this time Trip Bookers manually Charged my CC. Which I am sure mot even a Single penny goes to airlines! Singh and guys are thieves ...Stay Away !!!

My experience with Trip Booker was frustrating & would not recommend using Trip Booker. I had explicitly given my travel dates & destinations to Rubain the agent at Trip Booker on 12th Sept in the morning, he gives me fares that I accepted , I am given flight details and pdf travel reservation with all information on the 13th Sept.I gave my credit card details etc along with authorization form. After this I am awaiting my confirmation. No response on 13th Sept & after making about 20 phone calls he gets back on 14th Sept saying that the Airline is trying to confirm seats. Finally on 15th Sept he says that no seats are available & he says that the fare quoted is no more valid and also I have to use another route & pay over $ 600 as the previously quoted fare is no more valid. I asked him to connect me to someone senior and he would not do so and always gave me an excuse that they are not available. I tried my best not to post a review but unfortunately had to do so, at least this way such incidents are escalated to the higher authorities. What they do is advertise low fares & attract customers and then shop around and if it works the customer is lucky if not the customer ends up paying more as you have lost time & money as well. Very unprofessional agent.

I don’t have any worst word for customer service. Talk to customer service today they give price and hold ticket. When I call for payment, price is higher by $50 than quote. The lady dealing with my ticket is un professional and don’t’ know how to talk with customer. She said I waste my time in searching for ticket. They should understand customer time is also important. Thanks god I change my mind and never call to trip bookers in future.
