I think this is worst costumer experience i ever had they dont answer your calls please DO NOT buy any insurance from them I tried all the numbers even the number on this page its not in service you are just the fraud.

This guy Tracy Deslaurier is a fraud. Try calling at any of the numbers he has given online and you will find out his reality. BE CAREFUL, DON'T DEAL WITH HIM UNDER ANY CERCUMSTANCES - WARNING - HE IS A FRAUD

We bought insurance from this company as it was slightly cheaper than other insurance companies. My suggestion is spend a bit more and buy peace of mind. This company is highly unprofessional and will stretch you to the maximum to settle your claims. Not recommended at all. My response to the owners reply showing below -Policy was bought by my Husband for my parents - these guys are brokers, ok sure - who will leave you no where after you pay them- this was exactly my point. Business owner's arrogance is for you all to see. We have already written e-mails to these so called e-mail addresses before. My review is to help people - deal with the listed companies and not with a company that's operated by individual arrogant owner who will leave you in the hands of the brokers and forget about you. Owner modified his original response - I have added a screenshot of the original response from him He himself says 1) this company is a broker 2) claims are administered by the insurers 3) they further contract the service out to claims administrators. Good luck settling that claims - it's coming out from owner himself. Friends deal with the company that manages everything for you not where you have to go through 3 sub-tiers (poor service guaranteed) In future I will deal with the company that manages all the functions for me at one place.

I wish I looked at the reviews before getting into a deal with Travel insure ( Deslaurier financial services) and now money is stuck. All the banks/lenders please inquire with Alberta Insurance Council if there are any complaints against this business. If they are in good standing, go ahead and lend to this business. Looks like someone is planning a retirement in a wrong way

I purchased travel insurance for one year for my parents for super visa insurance through travel insure. As per the policy terms they were to refund me the money if my parents don't stay in Canada for the entire term. This company owed me a refund for 7 months and it was pain to deal with this company owner tracy. I had to complain to Alberta insurance council and they helped me to settle my refund. When I purchased this policy there were hardly any review on this page and now I see people have started to come forward. I agree 100% with all other comments. And it's funny how this owner says on every comment that you are not in my client list.
