Worst place too book a long travel. Calgary to lahore is a long flight but the efficiency of one of the agent is added 25 hours stay at two airports on one way. When approached to see options the other one told that the concerned is not available and this ticket could be made with more efficient in less price.

I have been booking with multiculture travel world since a long time. I have to tell a generic process first before gling into details. All travel agent businesses that deal with indian subcontinent have a very chaotic business process. They do not apply the western model if "one customer at a time". So, you are not guaranteed to get a phone call with answers to your travsl requirements. However, if you go to their physical location, they take care of you. So is this business too. The agents took care of my need pretty fast and gave me good information. Good customer service.

I have been told $30 and got charged $61.00. If she don't know charges then she wouldn't have say anything. This experience dates back about 4 years yet still relevant as i dealt with Raj (part owner) who's still there. Prepared to be scammed: 1. Charged me visa fees etc. but couldn't get visa as processing timelines were long closed for the year. I only found this later. 2. Sold me an insurance policy by misrepresenting it. Obviously, no refunds. Assault to injury, the flight I got had 5 connections to final destination. Never again.

Then, I literally spelt out my wife's name to him and he still managed to get it wrong on the ticket booking! No follow up, no customer service skills. Go elsewhere if you value your time and money. Horrible experience twice! Better to buy online with cheaper prices and sensible routes/stop overs. Made us buy tickets for ridiculously high prices while insisting that it was the best deal which wont last long. Found online prices around 400-600$ cheaper the same evening we bought the tickets from this incompetent agency. I had friends buy tickets from elsewhere for the same destination and date ranges for around 600$ cheaper, almost upto 2 months after I bought my tickets. Their claim of '25 yrs specialist experience' does not reflect on their incompetent service as they have no clue of the market trend.

Do not ever use these people. Complete scam artists. They say one thing and then say another. I called earlier this morning and inquired about a cancellation charge as we did not purchase insurance. The individual on the phone told me that it was $250.00 My parents go there and all of a sudden its $400.00 They say oh, each airline has its own cancellation charge and that employee was new. They did not know, but then Jyoti says that the charge is $400.00. I ask for proof showing the charge that the airline gives to them and they cannot provide it. The overcharge for visa fees as well. Terrible customer service, they should honor what they say.

This place has no idea what the term "Customer service" means, all they care about is getting paid. I dealt with Asad who had booked our trip previously, but unfortunately the last few weeks before we could go, something came up and we had to cancel. He told us it was "Not refundable" but when we called the main source (WestJet travel) we were told we could cancel as long as its at least 14 days prior to departure, and then there would be a fee if we were to cancel any day after that. He called us back the 13th day saying "Oh we could cancel now, but there will be a cancellation fee". Asad waited till the last 2 weeks to cancel our trip so he could still make his commission off of our trip. WORST SERVICE, DO NOT GO HERE.

Very bad agents, we booked through them for my parents airlines cancelled the flight due to Covid and are ok to do full refund as they cancelled the flight , but agency needs to do the refund, Raj is asking for $500 per person to process my refund so $ 1000 total ,i have been to them many times to get this processed. They charged me $ 100 for sending an email to airlines for refund. They are really crooks and taking advantage of me in tough times. He is a sweet talker but a fraud. Worst service and it was given to senior citizens(uncle and aunt) on fixed income. Tickets were issued longer than the visa conditions. Both of them made sure that passport and visa were shown before the purchase. Was sent back from the airport on the way back.Had to go through a lot of hassle of extra month stay,visa extension and new one way tickets which were costlier than the original return tickets. Response from Raj the owner was that it is not his problem. BIG ZERO rating.

I booked with them and was having trouble checking in but no timely help was available from them. Be aware that when you book with such agents airlines do not help either and you become a ping-pong ball between agent and airline. I gave them two chances and had trouble both the times. Don't purchase tickets through these guys if you want to be able to change your return flight -- they need someone (anyone, mind you) to come in person to re-book. Reason? "It's the rule... for security reasons"... it seems someone in their community defrauded them in the past. To change my mother's return flight, I had to drag my 1-yr old to this place during her nap time, on a 30 min drive, only to sit for 20 min waiting for the agent who booked the flight to finish with other clients. When they finally realized how ridiculous it was, another agent, Ashwani, was asked to help me. But then... He never asked me for an ID or any verification questions other than the customer's Last Name: the same thing I provided over the phone! Plus... 15% charge on credit card payments, green DOS computer screens, not given any other flight options for the date range I wanted because "I'm getting the best possible price"... It's plain to see that, in any chance they get, this company would rather milk money than provide their customers with better, modern service! Hmm... I wonder how/why airlines and online travel agencies have allowed me to change return flights over the phone in the past? They must be idiots offering convenience to customers! (Mind you, a competitor, "Multi Culture Travel", with whom I confused 'Multiculture Travel World' were willing to help me over the phone until they realized I called the wrong place.) Frankly, I'm not even sure why brick-and-mortar travel agents still exists. This is the second time I've had horrible customer service with one of these when trying to change flights.

This the worst business in town when it comes to travel. They are cheat and fraud. We booked a family trip that we needed to cancel for personal reasons. They tried cheating us of refunds from airline. Staff kept threatening and harassing us to pay up more after we lost so much money because of cancelations. They also forced us to get the insurance that didn't help us in cancelation. We had a very genuine reason but we were literally shooed off. We lost about $1500. NEVER AGAIN.

Absolutely horrible company, don't book with them! Been going back and fourth for months, they have been playing games with the costs/receipts and aren't being honest. Even Air Canada said not to book with agencies after hearing my story. I'm trying to get my dad back from India and Raj has done is play games with the money and travel options. They ask you to wire them money, provide no receipt, and when the flight gets cancelled they are not helpful and continuously change their story up making the situation even more stressful. I haven't received even 1/3 of what i paid for the ticket although Air Canada is providing full travel vouchers.... makes you wonder where your money is going, horrible customer service as well they pretty much yell at you on the phone although your the customer.

Paid more than original tickets value for changing my flight as I was unable to get my covid result in time from place recommended by travel agency. No efforts made for reducing change charges.

Worst Worst service i have ever never seen. Agent will make u hurry when u payment. they say all lies about money and bagges. Beware of this travel agent. Don't use this travel agent for any Indian Consulate services, they overcharge and in end mess up documents. This travel agent even don't provide receipts after taking your money. I wish I could give zero stars. Service is terrible and the poor reviews are more than warranted. I attempted to have my return ticket changed and after multiple phone calls and an email I failed to receive any help. My email was ignored and I was forced to just give up. If you are looking for a travel agency, look elsewhere. Reputable agencies have a 24hr service line to call and an actual professional website with clear contact details. This abomination of a business seems to think a Facebook page is adequate. Raj in particular is a useless individual as all the other reviews indicate.

I took Manulife Travel Insurance for trip interruption. I had a very bad experience with them. I submitted medical certification of kid's sickness but they did not recognized it for reasons for trip cancellation. In 2013, I had a similar insurance from RBC, there services were excellent. May be other insurances are good too. I do not recommend buying Manulife Travel insurance. It is a wastage of money. Multiculture Travel World's services itself are good.

We tried to book our tickets with this company and worked with Asad. These people are scammers and they wasted our time. We went to them in the beginning of October but they continuously kept delaying our tickets. Once we were ready to book they kept dragging it out. They took our credit card information and made us sign a paper saying we received our tickets, but in fact we didn't receive our tickets. Asad kept saying you will get an email with your tickets, again and again. We went there so many time until nearly the end of November and he had still not booked the tickets. We visited maybe 15 or 20 times. Some times people would call and ask to speak to Asad he would tell the lady tell them I'm not here. This happened with us many times too. These people are scammers. They take your credit card information and leave you hanging. They ruined our holiday travel plans. These people will waste your time. Our flight had issues with the booking but they didn't tell us until the end of November. Ridiculous. We wanted to support our local travel agency, but no. It's better to go to the nw or sw and get better service.
