We decided to use Love Canada as our immigration consultant because my wife is from the Philippines, and we thought we would have an edge with someone familiar with both Filipino and Canadian immigration laws, and that turned out to be extremely useful. My wife and I got married during the early stages of the Covid pandemic, and this made applying for her permanent residency that much more of a challenge. Rosette was on top of everything and knew exactly how to handle the situation accordingly. She adjusted how she would regularly complete the application to comply with the current situation. This included explaining to immigration Canada how some required documents were not available and found alternatives to satisfy their requirements. In the end everything went smoothly, although at times we thought the process would never get completed due to immigration Canada being so slow to respond to any requests for an update on my wife's PR application. I was finally granted an immigrant visa and a Confirmation of Permanent Residence document with the help of Rosette Ramos of Love Canada Immigration Consultancy. My CRS points made the cut, and I was invited to apply in April 2017. Rosette and I submitted the complete application package in July 2017. Two months later, in September 2017, voila! My visa and COPR came so suddenly the news didn’t sink in right away. You see the makeup of my profile and employment history isn’t what you’ll call “straightforward.” The circumstances notwithstanding, my application was a hard-won success. Ms. Rosette Ramos entered my profile into Canada’s Express Entry program, an immigration pathway that grants permanent residence to foreign professionals and workers provided that they meet the stringent standards set by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Essentially, IRCC will choose the best from the pool of applicants, so many of us fear applying thinking we are not good enough. Or at best, we dither over it. That’s how I felt because I knew from the start that gathering documents would particularly be challenging for complicated cases. Straight off the bat, in her own no-nonsense approach, Rosette assessed my profile and gave me a fighting chance. I engaged the services of Love Canada Immigration Consultancy. It has turned out to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Ms. Ramos is a regulated Canadian immigration consultant. She a holds an MBA and is a Tourism graduate (cum laude) of the University of Santo Tomas. She and her whole family have been living in Canada for many years now. I must admit it was a tedious and long process of gathering employment certificates and contracts, having affidavits notarized, writing of letters and job descriptions and collecting tax and bank records. I even submitted documents I would not have thought were necessary without Rosette’s guidance. Admirably, she had the forethought to make me submit documentary proof that avoided delays. All in all, we submitted over 300 pages of documents. And through this sheer volume of paper, Rosette and I have remained consistent with all pertinent information, and we have managed to be coherent and effective in presenting my application as a candidate worthy of a permanent residence visa. So even in the absence of a job offer or a provincial nomination, my permanent residence visa application was approved and granted. Love Canada helped me present the truest and best version of me in a way so compelling and clear Canada has opened its doors.

Nabigyan ako ng pag asa to stay in Canada they explain to me that I am eligible to apply for P.R because I am skilled worker and timing express entry was launch all my documents they want was provided and trusted to them akala ko tapos n problema ko ma P.R nko . but I was wrong that was the start of my problem my application was refused 2 times because of lack of document and providing wrong document and not updated to cic rules.i have no choice but to leave Canada immediately I used all my extension and restoration.
