I saw the 0-star feedback by someone and had to step in. I have used these guys' service three times: each time delivery was quick and they do have the best prices of any provider in Canada and communicatin's always been quick, as has been sending out the pass on their part. If you are ordering a Japan Rail Pass in Canada, definitely go with Japanrailpass.ca . Just wish they took PayPal as well to the owners, please loo k into this, thanks.
