I requested for a refund over a month ago. This travel agency said it will take 3 to 4 weeks before I can get the refund. So I gave them more than enough time. When I called them April 21st to follow up my request, the same person whom I have talked to over a month ago was clueless! He ask for my name and my contact number. One day passed and he did not call me back as he promised. So today, I called their office again, and again this very same person named Eric Tang, was clueless again. He again ask for my name and my contact number. He told me that I only have requested for a refund on April 21st so I have to wait for another 3 to 4 weeks!!!! Mind you, when I first requested for a refund over a month ago, I called them not just once but THREE TIMES. I did not just call them I ALSO emailed them.

I've been calling them and they keep on saying: "You have to wait from Korean Air". Seriously? Calgary is in the state of emergency. How can I even fly? These people are ridiculous! They keep on telling me I have to wait until next week to see what will the airline say. If I cancel the ticket today, I have to pay a penalty charge.

Buying airplane tickets can be a hassle specially if you find out in the middle of the trip that there was a catch. Well, I learned my lesson and only buy tickets with I and J because they are able to deliver exactly what you pay for. I highly recommend.
