I sent my package a month ago and I can't seem to track it even their customer service can't track it or find where it is.

We ask them to pick up our boxes but nobody came. We call them but our name was not listed. 2nd notice they promise to pick up but nobody came again...very unprofessional and without any concern to their client.

Pero this year ang pina ka worst. I called manila branch yesterday sabi dumating na daw sa cdo ang box namin. Tinawagan ko ang cdo tie up cargo wala daw dumating at dipa alam king kilan darating anyari forex????? Imbes masaya ang pasko an yari ngayon???? Can u do something para matuwa ang customer nyo? Dapat correct info ang ibibigay nyo sa mga customer nyo... worsttttt company...kya wag kau magpadala dto . Hanggang ngayon dipa dumating ang box ko.... kong my negative zero yan ang ibibigay ko sa inyo..

If I could give negative 0 I would! They stole HALf of each our valuables in the 2 boxes we sent in the Philippines. They said they were doing investigation and gave us just 1free box as a compensation little did I know they put an expiry on the certificate, then when we are ready to use it they said they can only give us $15 off. Wow! Geez! In exchange of all the valuables that was stolen they will only give us $15 off. The owner Ema does'nt even know what customer service and is not even apologizing to what happened. I called her over the phone and told her the situation, all she just said "uhm can you call later 'coz I'm driving" what the FU@&€" Even if tHEy give us 10 free boxes NEVER AGAIN I would use this Company. Stay Away from FOREX

impressed by how pristine my box looked when my aunt( recipient) sent me a picture telling me she finally got the box i sent her. and same with the straps they promised they’d put on, they were wrapped around properly and it looked like it was handled safely and professionally. big thanks to the staff especially ate mary(?..i forgot her name) but i remember how nice and proper she was answering all the questions i had prior to my box pick up. i will definitely use their service again and will recommend it to my clients, family and friends. ...and no the box wasn’t opened when it arrived in PH and nothing was stolen.

5-star service. Ramil is very helpful and courteous. They also have someone to help you unload your boxes. I have been using Forex for the last two years and my boxes always arrived on time and with no hitches. You can track status of the delivery online - just go to their website and enter the invoice number.

Delivery was delayed for two weeks. A family member who was supposed to get half of the content of the box had already left. Also, when the box was delivered, the delivery guy asked the recipient to open the box in front of them so they can check the content. This is very disappointing!!!

The Cargo was picked-up October 18, 2018 and was told 8-10 weeks was the ETA. It was delivered February 5, 2019 after 6 follow-up Calls to Forex Alberta, 2 emails to 11 people and 2 Long Distance Calls to forwarder in the Philippines. They only delivered on Feb 5th, 2019 ONLY because I put the pressure on all of them. I asked for a Supervisor or Manager to call me and NOTHING!! You have to do the work for this Company, so that your package will reach its destination. If only I can put my review without a Star, I would.

(Translated) : ((It's okay to talk to them just in case when I read my package they just don't have them. The top of my box is wet. There are no liquids in my box that can damage that much and cause mold. So it's not from inside of my box, from outside the wet came in and then the top was flattened because it looked like a heavier and wet box had been placed on top of my box. My family didn't take advantage of the other important things. I called them but said next It's time to just give it a discount, eh, nothing, eh, it'll increase even more. (Original) :(( ayos naman sila kausap kaso lang nung nabasa yung package ko wala lang sa kanila. Basa yung top ng box ko. Walang liquids sa box ko na pwedeng mag damage ng ganun kalaki at para magkaron ng amag. So hindi sya galing sa loob ng box ko, from outside yung basa pumasok na sa loob tapos nayupi na yung top kasi parang may ipinatong na mas mabigat at basang box sa ibabaw ng box ko. Hindi napakinabangan ng family ko yung ibang importanteng bagay. Tumawag ako sa kanila pero sabi next time daw bigyan nalang ng disccount, eh wala naman eh mas lalo pang tumaas.

Have been using Forex for 6 years and send about 15 boxes to Antique never anything stolen. Even one time i didn't package one big box properly, and the box split open and nothing was missing from it. Need to package it right to have no problem.

My parents were asking those delivery men if where's the smaller box but they couldn't give an answer, they didn't even give them any receipt. I am very much disappointed, I sent my box feb2,2018 and until now april17,2018 didn’t arrived yet. I called forex 2weeks ago telling me it would be delivered within a week, unfortunately nothing was delivered. Wake up guys we trusted your company but 9weeks?? It’s ridiculous!!

This is not acceptable. I guess it was my 3rd time to sent boxes in the Philippines. And I'm hoping the box will reach within 6 weeks but unfortunately was not because due to vessel machine problem. I am already in the Philippines and waiting for that box. It's ridiculous when I called them they cannot do anything, c'mon I understand that there's unexpected accident but please make something out of it to make customer happy at least. I am not sending next time boxes here at forex for sure!!!. ????
