Mike charged me $1500 saying that the airlines are charging this amount to change tickets due to airport closure because of Covid-19. I called Air Canada and Middle Est Airlines they said they don't charge anyone because of covid-19 and I should get my money back. When I asked him about it and questioned him he yelled at me saying its because of high season that airlines are charging this amount when he originally said it was only $75-80 a ticket. he will not refund my money and he lied and took advantage of that fact the we were desperate and stuck over seas.

Possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered. Incredibly rude. Unprofessional refused to offer details for the charges that he issued and began yelling on the phone about the fact that he doesn’t appreciate having people ask him questions. So genuinely set your money on fire before giving it to this man.
