Stay away! Very bad experience!

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience with Natalie whom we trusted to plan a family trip to . So much so that we complained about poor communication leading up to the trip (lack of detailed itinerary, slow response times to questions, inability to make reservations). To add insult to injury, they refused to provide any detail on the trip charge -- they wrapped everything together, which we never agreed to. Their lack of transparency suggests they took outsized fees.
