Very bad service. We called many times to their office to ask for trip plans. And their staff was mad and impatient. They asked us to leave phone number to call back, and they never did. If I can rate them zero star, I will do it for sure. In conclusion, don't bring your business to them, they treat you like a trash.

Panasia charges $50 per ticket to refund Air Canada ticket due to COVID-19. Air Canada is issuing a full refund. $50 per ticket is admin fee charged by Panasia. I do not agree with Panasia profiting from Air Canada refund.
