Inexpensive $10C, comfortable transport to Calgary Airport. Need to make reservations 24 hours in advance. Take credit cards in shuttle. Per Hotel instructions we waited in lobby for driver. After 20 minutes over scheduled time we saw driver in van across the street. He was angry at us for making him wait! Its still not clear where he expected us to be as he did not park in front of the hotel nor is the van very well marked as an airport shuttle. However, once inside, the van was clean and comfortable and drive to airport only took 15 or so minutes though our hotel was last stop.

I had to do a late booking (less than 12hr notice) for a 7AM pick-up to the airport. The driver arrived 30mins early. Vehicle was clean, and spacious. The driver very polite and helpful. Great experience. We'll use their service again. Thank you Staff at Allied.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future. We had an emergency once and had to change our return time. We took Allied Shuttle from the airport to our hostel (right beside Hilton Garden Inn) in the east side of downtown Calgary. Driver acted as a tour guide and told us about a lot of attractions in Calgary. We did have to make a couple of calls and ask around to figure out where to board the shuttle, and by then we had to make it last minute. Front desk person was helpful in getting us the tickets.

Most Professional. My Husband and myself have hired Allied 3 times to date, to go between Airdrie and YYC. My 92 year old Father requires a walker and we usually travel with 3 to 4 large suitcases. The Vehicles they send are spotlessly clean, newer models that can handle all of our needs. The small dollar difference between Allied and lesser car services are more then made up for by the efficiency of their dispatchers and the exemplary service delivered by drivers that are Courteous and Reliable. Our family makes multi trips to Calgary area each year and will be using Allied exclusively as our Car Service.

I strongly agree with jpowen's review. Talking to these guys on the phone is just plain exhausting. My experience was that, I kept being interrupted by the lady on the phone, before I can provide her with an accurate pick up address, just as she asked me to do so. In the end, the lady hung up on me, before I even said anything in the entire conversation. Someone that is reading this might think that I am over-exaggerating, but I am not at all. I am not sure if all customer service representatives are like the lady I talked to on the phone, but I must say that Customer Service was not pleasant at all. Also, Associated Limousine and Allied Limousine & Sedan services, are the same company. Don't be fooled. I wouldn't waste another second on this company any more.

I used Allied for round trip service at the Calgary airport. The ride to my hotel went fine and the return ride to the airport went smoothly. The driver was on time for my return to the Airport, in fact he was a few minutes early. The representative, a female , at the help desk is not the friendliest, I assumed it was her personality. Otherwise the drivers were friendly and exude good customer service.

It was MINUS 32 ... nastiest roads ... and on the nastiest bridge ... another vehicle spun out right in front of us! So Scary! But thanks to his excellent driving skills, our driver managed to avoid the wreck without too much braking or too much gas or too much steering! Perfectly handled! We have used Allied several times now. Always on time, clean, well-equipped cars and wonderful drivers! Highly Recommend!

If I could write a review below one star I would. Unreliable to the maximum. We ordered it and had a very early flight and they didn’t come, didn’t call, and were extremely defensive when we called back to question. There is no reason why people should use this service when there are so many options out there now. My friend called Uber right away and they were there in ten minutes. Trust me not worth your time, cal Uber or another service. This service is so important because it could make you lose your Flight! So for peace of mind call Uber or another service, trust me you’ll have peace of mind:)

Airport shuttle was 30 minutes late. Just when we thought we were leaving town dispatch threw another pick up in but on the west end of downtown. So we double back through rush hour traffic to add a further 20 minute delay, now totally 50 minutes!. Regular customer in the shuttle said they do this frequently especially when they are late picking up. Dispatch on the radio tells driver to better hurry to get us to airport. So driver drives dangerously and taking lots of risks stressing himself and the customers. We arrive late and stressed the airport. I missed my flight. Thanks Allied for passing your problems onto your customers! Previously they forgot to pick me up three times!

I traveled from New Brunswick to Calgary, alone. I was going to Olds, Alberta for my sons wedding. I hired Allied to drive me the remainder of the way. I’m so pleased. The gentleman that drove me was a joy. Beautiful, clean car. They will be driving me back to Calgary to catch my returning flight.

ordered 2 cars for trip to airport with pick up at 4:30am. Turned out to be the coldest day of the year, and rods were not great. Drivers were 10 minutes early, cars were toasty warm, and drivers were very professional. Booking was easy, and pick up was confirmed the day before by email. Will definitely use again.

I have always used these guys to go to the airport. They are a few bucks more than a cab or uber but they are well worth it. You get a very professional driver and a really nice car. I have upcoming trips all booked with them and will always use them.

Landed in Calgary and was approached by a gentleman offering a limousine ride at a flat rate. I told him where I was headed and he showed me on a sign that the flat rate for my ride would be $38.40. I agreed to the price and got in the car. After pulling away from the terminal the driver asked where I was going and I told him. He replied with "oh, that will cost more." I asked why, since I was told it was a flat rate, and he didn't answer me. Instead he tried to change the subject and asked how my flight was. I asked him again why the rate was suddenly different and he told me that it was now going to be "42 or 43 dollars." I asked again why I was told it was a flat rate if it could suddenly change, and was once again ignored. By this point we were on Deerfoot so I gave up my questioning. When we arrived at my destination, the driver was nice enough to only charge me $40. I hope the extra $1.60 was worth it, bud.

They forgot us !!!! Had to call an UBER. They said we can be there in 20-30 min which means I would miss my flight. They didn't offer any explanation other than not sure why it didn't show up on my screen. Horrible service!!! They didn't try to make it right infact guy hung up on me as I was talking absolutely ridiculous. Car service no car no service what a joke!

Horrible service, was booked for 4:26PM and the shuttle never showed. I called them, and they told me we booked it for 4:26AM and WE were a no show. I told them I have their confirmation email and it clearly shows PM as I stated. They then blamed it on the employee who put the information in, they selected AM mistakenly. Their offer to rectify the situation, was they will try and have someone pick us up in about 15 minutes, but couldn't promise it. Couldn't promise it? Were we expected to wait and HOPE they show up? And HOPE we don't miss our flight? We ended up spending more on a taxi, and after arriving at the airport, I spoke with a young guy at the counter who told me there was nothing they can do, and if I want to complain, to call "Cam" and gave me a business card. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple extra dollars for reliability and customer service, because this company has neither.

I've been using Allied Sedan service for many years. Clean, quiet cars, professional service, and consistent pricing. A bit more expensive than traditional taxi but well worth it for comfort, safety, and peace of mind.

After traveling 8 hours with a 9 month old, I did not need to be publicly berated (over the fact that we hadn't paid with a half hour before the shuttle left because my husband went to get a bite to eat) by the woman behind the booth. She turned to a group of customers and insinuated that we were somehow the problem when all I had done was sit and wait in the chairs across from the booth. Read the reviews, 3 out of 4 comment on her bad attitude. Cam's response to everyone who mentions it explains why she feels entitled to speak to customers the way she does. Stay away, especially if you have small children and need a bit of compassion after a long day.

WORST EVER!! DO NOT USE!! Arrived with a bike bag and big roller duffle bag. After standing outside in the cold waiting for 5 minutes as all cars were parked without drivers! I "found" a driver in the very last vehicle, he told me to take the first car, when I explained that all cars but his were empty he walked back to the start of the line with me and called and then a couple of drivers "poured out" of the airport building. Then the driver told me that the seats on his Lincoln didn't fold down and that he couldn't take me, so I showed him how to flip the seats forward to be able to load the bike in, then he shoved my bike into the trunk and proceeded to lift my duffle ON TOP of the bike bag, when I was obviously getting excited in fear of him damaging my race bike he started to argue with me .... TERRIBLY RUDE! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I used a mini van from City Cabs and the driver was courteous and very careful with my bike, GOOD BYE ALLIED, NEVER AGAIN!

Used them to get to downtown hotel in calgary. Highly recommended. Find them on the floor of all transportation from yyc (calgary airport). Its 15 CAD and its a tad bit more expensive than public transport like 4 extra bucks or so, but worth it. I think my shuttle had 10 extra people, but I got to my destination on time. I also booked online to get back home. I forgot his name but he was a friendly driver and I used him on 7.25.19.

Friendly Allied reception at YYC counter and smooth ride from YYC to Calgary downtown in a very cold winter evening, thank you. I was even more impressed for booking a pickup from Calgary downtown to YYC. My initial booking the day before was confirmed by email shortly. Due to flight delayed for hours, Allied was very helpful to timely rearrang my pickup schedule at my request by phone. I also received an update email confirmation. Allied great service brought me warm and cheerful travel experience in an extremely cold Februay evening. It was obviously an inconvience for us to be there and the rude attitude was our first contact after customs with anyone in Canada. This company shares a name with a local taxi firm. When someone calls them thinking it is the taxi company, identifies that they are from out of town, and that their trip is short (less than 4 km in this case) the limo company in no way asked if the client would prefer a taxi. Rather, they sign you up for a flat rate ride that costs $60.00 when in a taxi it would cost $12.00. To me this is a serious lack of quality customer service. They should understand that confusion can arise from the shared business name and question accordingly to confirm the client really does require a town-car at the inflated cost for a very short trip. When asked about this their customer service response was to lay blame on the client for failing to ask the correct question(s) as well as to say that short trips at this flat rate are a regular occurrence which is very difficult to believe. My recommendation is to avoid this company unless you want miscommunication, a run around and unfair separation from your money.

Having employees at the front desk who represent a company in such a positive manner is a great first impression. The van was clean and the driver drove safely. Fantastic service. I was driven by 2 different drivers to and from the airport and they were both polite, punctual, very welcoming and had great local knowledge. As a female travelling alone for business, I was apprehensive about arriving somewhere I’d not been before at night time and flagging down a cab. This service was marginally more expensive than hailing a cab from the airport - but I was greeted at the airport and made to feel very much at ease.

Much more affordable than a taxi or Uber. I have been taking this from the airport the last few times I flew in to YYC. They drop me off at the closest hotel and I just walk home. It doesn't cost much (I paid 15$ last time) and it runs every 30 minutes. Faster than the bus. It makes even more sense to take it if you're staying at a hotel in the city. I have no issues with the people working there either unlike some of these reviews.

We arrived at Calgary airport on November 6. Our driver was fantastic. We are an older couple and I walk with a cane. He brought our bags right into the boutique hotel we were staying at. Way over and above what I would've expected. I wish my assessment of my return trip to the airport on November 10 could be as positive. The driver showed up on time. He parked some distance away from the entry to the hotel. I did signal to him on several occasions but he sat in the car. I had to go up to the car. He then forced us to bring our luggage right up to the curb near the trunk. The people at the hotel were flabbergasted about this kind of service. After the service we received on our arrival in would've been reasonable to expect the same level of service. Very disappointing.
