Where do I even start. Amira is by far the BEST choice we made when it came to planning our destination wedding that took place November 7th of this year. From the moment I got in contact with her she was so friendly and full of information I knew she was our girl. She went above and beyond for me and my new husband and all of our guests. She made the whole process of booking our hotel, booking all of our guests, get in touch with our wedding planner a breeze plus she did so much more then that truely do not know how I would of done this without her! Leading up to the big day including when we were actually on vacation/wedding mode she was always just a email away and if I had any concerns or question she would answer all of them via phone call or email in such a quick and professional manner we really felt like VIP even phoned me the day after to congratulate me and my new husband. If anyone thinking of doing a destination wedding needs a hand Amira 150% will not disappoint and will do anything for her brides. ????

Like many people, we have never used a travel agency as we've booked flights either online, or found everything ready at the office for business trips. We had a bit too much on our plate with all the wedding preparations, so I took the advice of my brother in law, and used Aisle Travel for our honeymoon travelling, as he had used them in the past. Originally we were opting for 2 different destinations, but they presented us with a list of pros and cons, and finally we decided to opt for Mexico. I was not expecting a travel agency to offer any advice on key honeymoon locations, but these people know their trade very well, and helped us avoid crucial mistakes. Booking our honeymoon was easy and very straightforward. They saved us time, money and got us a great deal for Mexico. We couldn't have been happier with the experience.

If I could give 10/5 stars, I WOULD! I have been working with Amira and her team since early 2021, planning our destination wedding for February 2022. They were fantastic to work with and the entire experience took a ton of stress off us and our party. They were quick to secure us an gorgeous resort for an unbeatable price. Unfortunately, we made the tough decision to cancel our destination wedding after final payment and the airline was not willing to refund any of the guests, which was going to result in everyone being out thousands of dollars... Amira went to bat for us and was able to get our entire party fully refunded! I can't express my gratitude in words for Amira and her team. Although we were not able to have our destination wedding, we are now able to relax, with a huge weight off our shoulders knowing that none of our guests are out of pocket. If you are looking for a travel agency that fully has your best interests in mind, Aisle Travel is what you are looking for!!!

Aisle Travel was highly recommended to us by a local brides group and so glad it was. We really had no idea where to begin and Amira really helped guide us in the right direction. We had such a large group, there was no way we could have organized and coordinated the hotels and flights for 90+ people from all over Canada on our own. Amira was our guest’s point of contact and quick to help our guests with any questions they had. I even had a couple late guests that missed the booking deadline and they called her in a panic and she was still able to help them and get them booked and added into our group. They were so grateful for her help and we were so happy she was able to do that after these 4 guests missed the due date. Especially since one of the guests was in the bridal party - there fault but she still helped them out even though she didn’t have too. It feels good to know that Amira is always behind the scenes keeping track of things and making sure everything is accounted for with the resort and airline. She was the glue that kept it all together and a real pleasure to get to know and work with. I had email and/or telephone contact and every question I had was always answered quickly and professionally, even the questions I had already asked a few times. She even assisted me numerous times after business hours and checked on me from time to time to make sure things were still good. Amira was a great help finding our photographer and providing us a list to outsource local wedding favors in the Dominican. Which is her other expertise, vetting excellent vendors for her clients. She saved us time and money on the referrals she provided. We were so happy to have the help and expertise of Amira for our destination wedding. I have already recommended her to friends that are thinking of having a destination wedding next year. From beginning to end we are so happy with absolutely everything. She was there for us from start to finish for over a year. Always answered countless questions from me and our guests and always so flexible.Her services were absolutely excellent and a must if you're planning a destination wedding. A co-worker of mine in Toronto had used Aisle Travel to book his wedding; he was the only person I knew that had a destination wedding and could give me some guidance. He recommended destination wedding specialist Amira. SHE WAS AMAZING!! The first time we spoke I felt at ease and didn’t feel pressured to book. She walked me through the process and gave me some great tips on what to look for in my budget. I was so relieved to speak with her since she made it so effortless and provided me so much information. She provided multiple options out of all the cities we needed and explained all the quotes and bonuses. Once we decided on the destination and resort, it was smooth sailing from there for my guests to book. I always received e-mail communication back from her either on the same day or well within 24 hours. She connected me right away with the resort coordinator and made sure I had spoken with them and got the planning going. I cannot believe how much time Amira has invested into helping me plan my dream wedding as well as taking care of our wedding group. I would recommend her as she has coordinated two awesome weddings (mine and my co-worker) with such professionalism and takes allot of pride in what she does. Amira took all the stress out of planning our destination wedding and our group travel. She couldn't have been more helpful, professional and accommodating to us and all of our guests during the last year. She made sure all was taken care of and put us at ease. Even at resort check-in, the manager welcomed us and he let us know it was because of her since she gave him a list of our guest’s arrival. The first time I spoke with Amira, I knew she was the one to make it happen. If it wasn’t for our engagement photographer recommending her, I wouldn’t have known this gem even existed. I wish I knew her before since I spent months doing my own research and getting frustrated. When I first contacted her I wasn't sure of which location I wanted or where I wanted to do it? I was overwhelmed with all the information I found online. All we knew was we wanted a destination wedding in Mexico. A vague request but with her guidance, suggestions and lots of help and hand holding we had it narrowed down to the Mayan. In a few short days we had rates for our group guests, a wedding location and a wedding date. Amira had us at ease that she would take care of it all and she delivered. She really listened to what we wanted and we had such a great experience working with her. She kept us on track and on budget and recommended two great local vendors to us for décor rentals and favors too. Our guests were blown away by the resort and it was the perfect choice for us.

Our wedding was SPECTACULAR! I can't believe the attention to detail from Amira and the entire team. Right from the start of booking till even after departure. She made sure to provide our group reminders and was always available when I had questions or just needed to vent about my guests driving me crazy. She made sure we were well taken care of on our wedding day by the Hard Rock resort since we were having our wedding at an offsite venue, Martoca Beach Garden - which is the most magical place in Puerto Vallarta! Amira and Aisle Travel is amazing and the world should know. In March 2017, I got engaged. One month after I sent out a “Save the date & your money” invite to my 141 guests (included plus ones) for a destination wedding. We thought we did everything right. We secured a travel agent to book our wedding. We gave several years to our guests who (experienced a downturn in the oil patch) to save for a destination wedding. We even changed our preferred wedding location and dates to be more sensitive to the financial constraints of our guests and the fact that the wedding involved travel shortly after April spring break. We thought we gave our guests ample time to save and plan financially for this destination wedding. As soon as we had our pricing and booking information (1 year in advance) we set up a website via apply couple to communicate with all our guests about the travel and costs including a booking form for a $300 deposit to secure spots by May 5, 2019. We sent out all the booking information and 19 confirmed yes they were attending the ceremony while 7 responded and RSVP’d no. A total of 42 guests did not respond to their RSVP (Yes/No). We put down approximately a $950 deposit for 10 rooms in a hotel convinced at least 10 out of 141 confirmed guests would join us for a week in Mexico at a five-star resort for April 2020. A no response to the detailed website or email invites began to set the tone for a difficult several months. Monthly reminder cards were sent out to email addresses of friends and family to remind people of the event and final booking date. The website we used enabled us to see that each card was opened and that guests indeed did interface with the website but still 42 guests did not respond to any communication sent. The date for the group wedding booking closed on May 5, Amira was kind enough to inform that actually out of 19 people confirmed, only 3 people had paid their actual booking deposit. This left us (bride and groom) in a serious conundrum. She left us with three core options: 1. Extend the group booking date to May 20th as a curtesy to the group; the caveat would be confirming 10 rooms would be booked for sure. 2. Cancel the group, losing all bride and groom deposits for flights and rooms. Refund each person who booked their deposit. 3. Cancel the group but book individually at the hotel holding on to the wedding deposit but losing all bride and groom deposits for flights and rooms. As we already extended the deposit period by one week, we could not bear the thought of extending the time period for another two weeks only to have no one book. As bride and groom, we made the difficult decision of canceling the group effectively losing some of our deposit and then refunding the group that did book. Amira helped us navigate this very difficult time with grace. I cannot say enough about her or the services at Aisle Travel. I would book with her again in a heartbeat. She will not steer you wrong.
