I received a ‘free cruise’ voucher as a gift. It took over a week for anyone to contact me, and only AFTER I called to ask when I could anticipate some sort of communication. I received an email, I responded with the best times to contact me. A week goes by, no communication. I email again asking when I might receive communication. Nothing. 2 days later I receive a phone call and follow up email with the ‘free cruise’ information. I have no prior experience with the travel agent, and have zero intention of ever using one in the future after this experience. In the end, I won’t even be able to use this free cruise voucher because there is much fine print and so many restrictions and black outs. Now I need to figure out how to get my $100 deposit back.

She was prompt in responding to our questions, and was very helpful to us being new travelers. She knew the right questions to ask, and helped us squeeze an extra day into our trip while staying within our budget. There was a bit of confusion on pricing, but she was patient and through a few more emails, it was cleared up. Overall, I would recommend her to anyone travelling down to the Caribbean.

We would use them again anytime. If we would have upgraded to a balcony room it would have been over $800 cheaper then booking with Carnival its self. Jennifer Maynard - The Travel Specialist of the 21st Century About a year ago I won a certificate for many offers, including a cruise 5 - day, 4 nights. My girlfriend and I were extremely excited about this tour, yet due to work, the expiring certificate, and her cosmetology graduation...we were unsure we would be able to follow through on this offer. After speaking with Jennifer Maynard she was able to alleviate this, with a ton of practical information including referring us to another travel option (modified) that was 110% more cost effective than the original option. What made this experience special and unique is that Jennifer was very cordial, and friendly yet professional. She explained that cruise's are better when you are able to enjoy looking at the ocean, so we upgraded to a balcony. She often take's cruises and was a wealth of knowledge when regarding this issue. In the end I was worried about price, and when to pay yet Jennifer informed me of the general guidelines about purchasing through Odenza. We can get locked in to good deals as long as we initially pay the deposit and work off the rest of the balance before the time. When dealing with Odenza I have had many experience a "shady" organization or unfulfilled promises. I believe these individuals were not speaking to a specialist such as Jennifer Maynard! 5 Stars all the way for amazing service, knowledge of vacation, and professional personable attitude!

I made the request to move my trip to a later date or if I could opt for a destination in Canada, but they don't want to help me by saying that it is not their responsibility, but that of the supplier and that they can't do anything for me, so for a situation that is beyond my control, I lose my trip. He showed no sense of urgency resulting in me having to call the general customer service line to check on my booking request. I then had to call him myself after the customer service rep said that he should have been in contact with me already. I received a promotional certificate for a cruise through Odenza when I bought a new car last year. The cruise itself and the flight to the destination port were fully covered, however there were some taxes and fees that we had to pay, but it was all laid out upfront in the offer and overall it was a lot less than just outright booking and paying for a cruise for two people. The original offer was for a double occupancy entry level cabin, but we chose to pay a little extra for some upgrades. Our trip coordinator was Christopher Taylor. He did a wonderful job of helping us to get a booking for the dates and destinations that we wanted and was quick to respond with the answers to any questions that we had. My partner and I received a free trip to Orlando FL, or Las Vegas NV and never have I been so infuriated and disapointed by the customer service and travel agent "services" if you can even classify it as that. First of all, you have to pay a $500 USD deposit before even speaking to a travel agent when redeeming the certificate number, and once you've paid the deposit, the travel agency states you must wait up to 10 business days to speak to a travel agent to book the trip. What type of company takes a deposit without providing a service or directing your inquiry? After calling multiple times after the previous week, the customer service agents kept telling me to call back after the 10th business. Once the 10th business day came around, the travel agent, Jozi, spent a total of 3 minutes speaking to me about the trip and stated that she would send my partner and I a quote by the end of the day. Well the end of the day came around and no quote. This company is completely fraudulent and lacks simple customer service, save your time and your money and don't redeem or book with them. Even if the trip was complimentary, the hassle and lack of professionalism from the customer service and travel agents made us book with another company.

There is a 50$ refundable deposit to begin booking your trip and being assigned to a travel agent. Our assigned travel agent was Andrea Ramirez. Andrea contacted us within 24hrs after paying the 50$ deposit and explained in depth of how the voucher works and multiple ways to get in contact with her. She was very professional and kept us up to date with the best deals and dates on when to book our cruise. We received a voucher to book a week vacation through Odenza. The website was easy to use. I was able to compare many destinations. Not everything I wanted was available when I wanted it, but there was so much variety it didn't matter. When I chose a destination and was ready to book, Chris was very quick with responding, and got me booked that day. A week before we left I called the property to confirm my booking and there was no issues. We just came back from our vacation, and while we did have a bit of an issue checking in (through no fault of Odenza, it was an issue with the property itself), we had a nice, relaxing time. Vacation voucher fulfillment companies get a bad rap, but as long as you follow the fine print you can have a nice time for free. The only thing I am still waiting for is my deposit to be refunded, but no 'business days' have passed since we returned and I have faith it will be refunded in a timely manner.

I received a 7days vacation voucher and was told I would be able to use it just about anywhere in the world. Well of course that was too good to be true. You can only travel on certain dates! Some places are mandatory all inclusive which requires an additional fee making the trip astronomical and cheaper for me to book on my own. Other selections only showed accommodations for 3-4nights and not the 7days promised on the certificate. My husband and I settled on a trip to Missouri because it seemed the only place we could find in the inventory selection that offered the most and during the time we wanted to travel without us having to spend a lot of extra money since the stay was suppose to be free. The booking process is frustrating because once you make a selection you have to call customer service and you only have 24hr M-Th to finalize your booking before you lose your selection and have to start the process all over again. Once I made my selection I called the main number as directed on the holding instructions and not the agent I was working with originally given the time sensitivity to finalize the booking. I called the main line and Chris answered. He was very professional and helpful. He answered all my questions at the moment and was able to help me finalize my booking.

this place is a scam. Bought a truck from a dealership that is giving away free trips for 2 to vegas. Which when starting this process you need to give a credit card (my friend and I both thought it was just a hold deposit) but according to them that's their fee to just book with them. Don't ever use this company again. It cost us $800 + for us 2 to go to vegas. We didn't even book a hotel room with them because we had free rooms at Caesar's which is 10x better than the place they would have put us in. Spoke to the people where I bought my truck and they understood id get this money back. I called Laure Desinai to discuss this and she stated that the fee of $400 was just to use their services. Don't let these people fool you into a trip when you can do it all yourself for 1/4 of the price. This needs to stop ASAP!!
