We booked a vacation to Cuba over the phone with Karol Chareza from Tripcentral. We generally book online, however for some reason this time I wasn't able to, so I called. Karol was very professional and he responded to all my questions. He completed the booking in a short time, and, what I specifically liked about, was that he clearly setup the expectation as to when we will receive the confirmation email, as well as when we can get ahold of him if we need any clarifications. Angela's knowledge and experience has been invaluable in designing and booking our trips to the far east and Europe. Her on site connections have smoothed the way in determining how much we could accomplish pre-cruise in Asia at a reasonable pace and in locating excellent hotels and putting together a comprehensive itinerary. In addition, she has always kept our needs in mind, including keeping us on waiting lists for better opportunities and then arranging upgrades and other benefits which would certainly have slipped past us. We are experienced travelers but increasingly like to have an array of options put forward and then customize from there. This has worked extremely well with Angela. Went in 3 weeks ago still have not heard back. No email, call anything. Was extremely excited to plan my honeymoon but I have received anything. For someone like myself who likes to book ahead, DO NOT GO HERE! You will get excited as you plan your trip, then check your email everyday just to be disappointed, because there will be no email. Does it typically take a month to plan an all inclusive trip for 2? Horrible customer service extremely disappointed when I was super excited!
