I have dealt with Jill on 2 separate trips. The planning and fitting plans with what we want has been superb. Out last trip was quite extensive. 5 countries very different place. Turkey, Madagascar, Oman, Maldives, and ending in Singapore. All went incredibly smooth. We had a superb guide in Madagascar.. Jill has been an outstanding travel agent! Custom Adventures help my wife and myself get back on the road again to Costa Rica. It has been 12 years since she put together an awesome World Tour for us and we were both a bit rusty with international travel. No worries there! She took care of us from start to finish in a patient manner ensuring that all the "i"s were dotted and "t"s crossed! Her travel advice was solid and she successfully advocated, on our behalf, for a return transfer.
