Another great service from CAA today. My family have been members for over two decades. A major bonus is that when Canadians travel to the US (we all hope it will be soon) we enjoy coverage with the AAA as well! This time the battery died in the cold temperature. The service was quick, polite, very professional. He changed out the battery and was in n out within 15 minutes! Also got to give the great call centre assistance. I know , I know. Who ever has a good experience (overall). The people I dealt with very supportive and helpful. However, this is where CAA loses a star. The automated answering system is time consuming, annoying and extremely frustrating. Especially when you’re in a jam; you want a human voice. Improve on this and you get the star back.

Very unfriendly as soon as they knew you are not a member. Didn't even attempt to be nice to get you to become a member. I work in customer services and sometimes you will have to cross the line a little to earn a client. A little effort and time spend especially there's no other clients at the store definitely can get more clients into your store. The one in Oakville able to give us quotes and even CAA at toll free call centre were willing to do it. I would have come back, join CAA and rent a car if they were willing to take this one simple step. Sorry. Not coming here again. Update: Call CAA call centre right after getting out of the store got a quote for what I need without a membership. (Note: the quote wasn't locked down but at least I get a number to work with for my trip.) She left her extension for me to call back if I want to use their service and will direct me to the membership team to sign up as well. That's what great service is. She's from the Thornhill location. After talking to my boyfriend, we'll definitely sign up and get the rental from them instead. I will be calling her from now on.

Gus is the best!! My car needed a tow in a busy parking lot. It was face in and couldnt start and cars were on all sides. Most tow people probably wouldve left the car until all the other cars were gone but Gus pushed it out. Up a little hill. He was kind and efficient and the best! Thanks Gus!!!

CAA saved us again. My son was left stranded on the side of the highway after one of the tires on our van blew. Right from the phone call with the professional yet compassionate associate who promised to dispatch help to my son, to the friendly and efficient CAA technician who met my son on the highway (in less than 15 minutes!), we will always have a CAA membership. There is simply no better safety net. Even with a new vehicle in our household that offers roadside assistance, after reading some of the fine print, we feel much safer with the convenience and speed with which CAA is set up to provide help when needed. Thank you so much again for your dedication to customer service and a job done right.
