Never again. My ticket said plane was leaving Ottawa at 9. It left at 8.requested and was clear wanted pool for our room. Got one outside our door but not what I wanted. If I wanted that I would of went to Belive which is a great resort with same pool outside your room for half the cost. Usually book threw Itravel who are great and gave me more info than travel agent that I paid for. Lesson learned.

This place is a joke....even giving it one star is too much. 30+ years of experience together they say and they still give you wrong/false information. Not helpful at all and not knowledgeable

Bad customer service. Went in to get some information on a cruise. Not once did she ask where we were looking to go, she picked Montreal to fly from, no prices were given to me (written down, and told to me then she tossed them out) told to get my own hotel down there. Ya so needless to say I won't be booking my trip there EVER.
