My wife and I, along with two other couples had planned to do a river cruise in Europe last year. Bernadette provided a number of options and once we chose, she arranged everything. Then came Covid. Like everyone else, we were forced to cancel everything. Bernadette was so professional and handled all the cancelations and got our deposits back. Bernadette worked hard to get us everything we wanted and needed for our multi city trip to Europe. She was welcoming and thoughtful in her planning even thinking of some things we had not considered. We find her to have personal knowledge of many of the cities and their facilities. Bernadette was genuinely disappointed for us when the need came to cancel due to Covid-19 Pandemic and she worked just as diligently to secure refunds and help with insurance claims, even though some it it took quite some time, she never gave up.
