I booked the trip online. The website was not that clear as to how to book but once I got connected to the staff via chat or email, they were immediately helpful. I joined a sightseeing day trip to Whistler and enjoyed the day at the Squamish and Lil'wat cultural centre and have done a short trecking to the lost lake during the free time. I truly recommend visiting the centre, joining their tour and making your piece of indigenous art (advance booking required). Our guide Joe Bitgood was helpful, entertaining and knowledgeable and make the group safe and have fun on that day. He had a lot of stuff to do to make sure that each one of us maximize our joy and I see he works super hard!!! Potentially it's a good idea to have another staff who can take care of the payment and arranging the activities so we didn't have to wait for each other's business.

I had an excellent experience with West Trek. The Rocky Explorer was a great tour! Pleasantly surprised to see so many stunning sights in the Rockies. Our tour guide Mia did a super job as well. She was knowledgeable, kind, and sociable with everyone and took good care of the wolf pack. I would recommend this tour for just about anyone, most ages and physiques. A good mix of sight-seeing and connection to the group with games and also night-time activities that were optional. Awesome value for the dollar too!

I had a really bad experience. I paid a tour to go to seattle. I spent 12 hours on the bus and just stayed in the city 45 minutes. Terrible!!, I just have time to eat a lunch and came back so dissapointed. The company should have do be it 100 times better. August/14/2016

This Sunday (May 26th 2019) I did the tour, one day Seattle sight-seen tour, and I enjoyed it a lot, we had a great time our guide Kim, explained everything really good so that everybody could understand it and enjoy it. We visited many places like the famous gum wall, or the pike place market or the first Starbucks, and in our free time I went to the space needle, totally recommendable! Our driver Ryan, drove us perfectly!!! Awesome day!!!!

I made this tour to victory on May 18 with the Guide AMIN. Although the ferry transportation is a bit is tiring all the rest worth it! We had a chance to see some exciting places in Vitoria such as Fisherman's Wharf, Mile 0 and a few streets in the city, as well as extra time to visit Royal BC Museum and The Butchart Gardens. Everything was pleasant, and I also need to give five stars to our guide AMIN to kept their customers familiarized to all essential spots and moreover, to pay full attention to each customer's needs.

An amazing day was had with Joe and our trip to Whistler. Wry informative and proud of his city and area. Was determined to make sure that everyone on the trip had a great time. Would recommend the tour to Whistler and the Peak to Peak add on. And if you are lucky enough to have Joe as your guide so much the better.

Unorganized trip to Banff Hot Springs! Bringing a bus load of tourists who all needed bathing suits and towels it's YOUR JOB to explain to your customers that you need to have id for suit rentals', have a choice in suits (old fashioned and regular with bonus points for doing with picture of examples and costs on the bus and at point of sale), the cost of towel rental and an explanation why this wasn't taken care of by West Trek tours as trusted customers. If West Trek Tours had been better organized I believe this process could of been as low as 10% of the time if they provided security deposit to 25% if guide did job rather than make Parks Canada employees do West Treks obligations. I did not take Tour so can only attest to incopentance I was unfortunate to be forced to witness while the guide was already out in the Springs. Park employees get 4 out of 5 as points deducted for enabling. I don't recommend anything other than amending my rating to zero.

We went with the Explorer Plus to the Rockies. The tour was well planned although the schedule was very tight, but that's expected from a 4 days tour there were simply too many things to see! The guide was very friendly and passionate, she made a great effort to entertain the group. The activities were fun in general, the only negative thing about the tour that comes to my mind is the meal. They offered one very delicious breakfast and buffet lunch at Lake Louise, but the dinner at the Cowboys ranch was very crude, and the BBQ dinner at the cabin was DIY hotdogs and hamburgers, these are the meals they offer, you have to manage the rest of the meals and sometimes there was not enough time to do it properly. Good in general especially compared with the poor service of some travel agents of Montreal.

We had an amazing day tour to Whistler. Our guide and driver Ian was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, patient, funny and polite. The hour and a half drive was filled with historical facts and jokes. His assistant Hayden was also very nice and helpful. They both went above and beyond the call of duty to make our outing memorable. They recommended some activities to do while in Whistler: Peak to Peak (spectacular views), ziplining and other trekking experiences. We had a great day that started and finished on time. West Trek is the best !!!! I would say i had one of the best time of my life in the Rockies, The atmosphere was just amazing and you get to know so many cool people! If you can describe the tours with one word it would be -awesome- and the guides are just cool. I think in the future i will only go with west Trek, because I made bad experience with for example Club ESL.

Always amazing. I've done loads of tours with West Trek, and the guides are always professional, high energy, and a lot of fun. Places such as Vancouver, Victoria, and the Rockies are not cheap and hotels are often sold out on the weekend, so West Trek is a safe and affordable way to see these top attractions in western Canada. I strongly recommend West Trek to anyone visiting this beautiful part of the world.

1-day Victoria Sightseeing Tour. The tour is on average. Several reasons for that: 1. unreliable about the agreed time (pick up time from Butchart gardens, agreed time to meet on the bus after the ferry, etc.), 2. not very informative tour guides (almost no historical background and information is provided about historic buildings and places in Victoria, we've been told the story of an architect but we were not told why Victoria was the first capital of BC for instance. Rather than listening the story of Hudson's Bay, we would prefer to listen the importance of the city and the buildings), 3. when we purchased the tour, we thought that we will actually visit Fisherman’s Wharf, the Inner Harbour, the Empress Hotel, Mile 0, and Historic Chinatown by walking and listen their historical importance from the tour guides while we walk through, however it was just seeing these places from the bus and we did not even see the Fisherman's Wharf closely and tour guides just said that you can go there by taking some boats in our free time. So, actually the tour and the bus only provides you some basic information about the places you visit and they make the transportation easier with the ferry and all that stuff. Otherwise, you need to pay for anything else, from seeing the Butchart Gardens to seeing the Royal BC Museum (add another $100 CAD for one student + one adult fares). Overall, the information about this tour could have been provided in a more transparent way.

This was and absolutely amazing trip. More then I could have ever expected! We got the opportunity so soo so many beautiful places in such a short space of time a lot with having fun! Our driver Nigel and tour guide Richelle were brilliant from start to end! They made the whole experience so fun fun and a lot so interesting with their vast knowledge of all the areas. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to explore Canada. Accommodation was also of such a high standard! The hotels were great choices of location and comfort. Speechless!!!! Just came back from my tour to the Rocky Mountains and we had the greatest time! The team is professional, fun and outgoing, our guides didn’t let us miss out on anything and even added a little extra experiences in our itinerary which was such a great surprise. I took last weekend (March 12) a tour from Vancouver to Seattle, It would had been very helpful to had a program before hand, the tour is nice, but I was expecting to go and visit more places, also we had to wait 10 minutes after the departure time for 2 people that were late and other 10 minutes for other 3 people late more than 10 minutes. The driver of the bus was not very friendly, and he had a very uncomfortable way of driving, steeping on the gas and releasing it every 4 seconds, I had never seen anyone drive like that. The Tour guide Gabrielle was very friendly!

Janelle and Ben led the tour to the rockies and it was one of the best experiences of my life. Their knowledge of the region is second to none, with a sense of humour to go with it! The locations were amazing, the hotels were comfortable, and we had just enough time to hit all the scenic spots and take them in. It felt like a big family road trip, which is the best compliment I could give it. Could not recommend this company more - I've already booked another tour with them and if they open up any more to other regions, I'll be sure to be in for those too!!
